When DWII finally reached RPM City, it sure was a sight to behold...
Destruction everywhere, and chaos was rampant.

"Man, I want to feel proud that I'm one step closer to taking over RPM City, and yet, it pains me to see it in ruins..." He sighed.

"Well, I've gotta stop this nonetheless. SKULL BUSTER!" A huge skull-shaped buster shot was fired out, destroying a whole trail of metools.

"Man, this feels so good... Now, I just need to clear a way and get to the Neko Cafe, and this transreceiver should do the trick" With that, he continued to clear a path towards the Neko Cafe.

A bright light enveloped DWII, and soon, he was in a Bass-like armour.

"It seems my Wily Man Project gets another chance to destroy Mega... I mean destroy things. Now, transreceiver, check. Ok, time to stop this mess." And he dashed off into RPM city.
