It's been a while, but it's time to unveil my 4th generation of Robot Masters.
First up!
Name: Coat Man
Designation: DW2N-025 Robot Master
Weapon Get: Coat Lensflare
Other weapons: Hatmerang, Slugger Punch, Slugger Choke
Background: How should I put this? I know the whole design is rather... Lewd...
You might think that Coat Man has a body hidden in that coat, but in reality, there is no body to speak off. Under that coat, that is nothing, and yet, there is a very powerful force hidden within.
His main weapon, Coat Lensflare (as shown in the little animation above), is a release of said powerful force. Such a blinding flash blinds any enemy that sees it, making them vulnerable to the following follow-up attacks: Slugger Punch, a powerful punch into the gut of the enemy, leaving them in pain; Slugger Choke, where Coat Man tries to choke the life out of the enemy, or crush the head, whichever comes first. He can also throw out his hat as a projectile, that returns like a boomerang (Hatmerang).
Character: Very sneaky, always hiding in the shadows.
Weakness: As mentioned, there's no body under the coat, making him very lightweight... Warp Buster...
And here's the Master Weapon.
You get... COAT LENSFLARE!
You get this weapon from Coat Man. Megaman releases a lensflare from his manly chest that blinds anything within range (If in-game, enemies on-screen will not attack Megaman for 5 seconds).

"What? More intruders? What the heck is up with everyone trying to find me!?" DWII stormed out of his lab, trying to find the source, and leaving Afro, Robo-Ky, and Robo-Sakura rather dumbfounded.

(Ok, my WDS is a 10-storey building, my lab is at the 6th floor, and there's no other way to my lab except for going through the first 5 levels of Wily Stages. There were Fortress Bosses, but Afro-Shroom has already taken care of them earlier in the thread. And one more thing, the 5th floor is gone, since I... destroyed it a few posts back.)
