"I'll be here doing a bit of research on my Model W to see if it was affected. Call me if anything happens." DWII waved them off.

As a matter of fact, the ONLY codec pack I ever installed on this notebook (at least to my knowledge) was the CCCP on the very evening I got this laptop (Christmas Eve last year). I wouldn't know of anything else that I could have installed. And like I said, stuff that I previously downloaded from YouTube and other Flash related sites are still working perfectly, it's just the stuff that I want to download now that does not work. I completely removed the FlashGot plugin I have for Firefox and then reinstalled an older version of it to see if perhaps the malfunctioning might have been caused by an update or anything, but the situation remains the same.Wait, you're using the MPC that's packed with CCCP?
I have similar problems with that specific player, so I just went and download another MPC.
The videos will work on the new MPC, ver 6.4.9.1.

Ok, so requests are still being worked on, so... Have another DW2 Number for now.
Name: Oracle Man
Designation: DW2N-026 Robot Master
Weapon Get: Oracle Sight
Other weapons: Oracle Beam, Formation of the Eight Lotuses, Paradise Lost
Background: He's the brother of DW2N-015 Erasure Man, and after hearing his defeat, decided to take revenge on Megaman (Ok, so he's 1 series late, sue me.). He's a very successful psychic due to his Oracle Sight.
His main weapon, Oracle Sight, allows him to see into the immediate future, therefore bring able to predict and effectively dodge any attack (As shown in the second sprite). His other weapons include firing a beam from his head gem (Oracle beam), the ability to form 7 duplicates of himself (Formation of the Eight Lotuses) after which the clones will simultaneously attack the enemy, with Oracle Man dealing the final blow (Paradise Lost).
Character: Despite being able to look into the immediate future, he isn'y cocky at all. He's actually really wise, just like a real oracle.
Weakness: The ability to look into the immediate future? If only you can blind that ability... Oh yeah, Coat Lensflare...
And here's the Master Weapon.
You get... ORACLE SIGHT!
You get this weapon from Oracle Man. Megaman gains the ability to look into the immediate future, and negate any attack aimed at him. He can also shoot normal shots while in this mode. (Ok, so if in-game, when used, the enemy's attack misses, letting you shoot during a 5 second period. Imagine a sort of Flash Stopper, just that the enemy is not frozen in time, the enemy can still move around, but attacks from the enmey during the 5 second period will miss.)
