Of which I can only recall her using at her lab.

I am otherwise uncertain, with the depiction of Ciel sans-visor alongside Cyber Elves for artistic purpose; I don't know the extent of Ciel's apparent "natural affinity" with Cyber Elves.

Sounds like you don't have enough power.
The 560Ti requires 500W minimum for the whole system, so you should have a 600W or 700W at most supply, to be safe.
