He has anime hair, and we all know that is damn near indestructable.

It's second only to a mettol helmet.

I should at least come up with better descriptions for the DLC outfits; these are ones I came up on the fly.

Hero: Think of the most generic looking knight armor you can think of. It's usually heavy, right? It's going to looking like that, but it's going to not look bulky. The chest area is going to be similar to his first coustume, but the chest plate actually covers his chest. His pants remain with little patches of armor covering his legs. He doesn't wear a helmet, but he doesn't need it.

Thief: ...Well, it's Thief's head on a female ninja's body. She wears a fanny-pack-like pouch (presumably where she keeps extra knives and her spoils).

I don't know if these outfits will make a return, but I'll have to see from my limited fanbase now and my might-not-be-so-limited fanbase when this becomes a comic.

Oh, I can still complain, but now I have much less reason to.

Thanks Tai. This and Broken Steel have made this morning awesome.

Whoo, couple weeks without writing anything. Dat's bad.

But fear not, I've had my fill of Fallout 3 for now and will post something to make up for the time I didn't write anything!

New RPG Adventures, which could just about work for any game genre. But like I said before, it's just so easy to write these.

---

The player is currently browsing the marketplace on his Xstation Thwii for some new content that was just released for RPG Adventures.

Player: This new "Extended Play" DLC is supposed to add a couple of hours to the game. It's also supposedly adding new items and coustumes for Thief and Hero... And I'm still talking to myself.

The player finds the download that he seeks. He confirms that he'd like to download the content onto his hard drive.

Player: Jeesh, 800 points for some more content. This had better be damn worth it... And not glitch ridden like the last two packs... And maybe two more DLC packs to be announced after this supposedly final one... And for me to stop talking to myself and using ellipses to show a pause.

The download bar on the screen crawls at a painfully slow rate. The player anticipates this and pulls out a book to read.

-Two hours later-

The player had just finished the book he was reading when the pack finished downloading. The player goes to the launch menu and starts RPG Adventures.

Player: Alright, now let's see what options I get.

The game starts up as normal. However, when the player chooses to continue his game, the option of alternate coustumes for the characters pop up, like he had read about.

Player: Eh, sure. I'll see what they look like just for the sake of seeing them.

Since it's been a while since the player has played the game, a summary of what he last did pops up on the screen:

"Hero and Thief-"

Player: Meh, I'll just read it in game.

The player skips the uselss summary.

Hero and Thief are standing outside of the swamp again.

Hero: Wow, did it feel like we were standing here for two weeks?

Thief: It's all in your head.

Hero: Then's there something about a Zombie Samurai Lincoln... Thief, who is Lincoln?

Thief: No idea... By the way, you look different.

Hero's new coustume is a lot more intricate. Instead of the usual light armor he wears, he now wore an armor that can be described as a heavier version of his old armor. The armor Hero wears now looks similar to the General that he killed earlier on. However, even though the armor looks heavier that usual Hero doesn't seem slowed by it at all.

Hero: Huh, I didn't notice... By the way, Thief...

Thief's new coustume gave her a gi. If you had to describe it, Thief would have looked like a medieval ninja. She wore a headband to keep her bangs out of her eyes. The gi was open at the top to show some clevage. This is after all parodying a JPRG, so clevage is a must.

Hero: You look like a ninja!

Thief: Yes, yes I do. I also steal things like a ninja.

Hero: What do you- Hey! My wallet!

Hero chases after Thief. The Player is laughing like a madman.

Player: Oh man! This is the best DLC ever! And I've only played for a couple minutes which was actually a cutscene!

The player then notices that his wallet is missing. This raises many questions.

He'll have to pay 800 Xstation Live points to know the answer to them.

Technically I didn't actually buy this, and technically I pre-loaded it off of Steam so that I can technically buy it when Valves free weekend deal starts.

For those of you who couldn't guess what I'm talking about, I'm getting Team Fortress 2 for the PC (finally).

Whether it'll work or not has yet to be seen, but I'll have it as soon as it's free.

455
Well, I'll be looking into a bomb shelter in the near future.

Anyone know where I can find some cheap ones?

God damnit, this ruined my good mood.

In understand the intention of the entire thing, but really? You're telling me that the parents of these kids are powerless to say "Don't be distracted while you drive, it could kill you" and explain things rather than the school taking over?

Not only does this paint of a picture of idiocy in teenagers, but it puts parents out of the picture since it seems they can't be arsed to raise their kids (Apparantly).

I would say that I lost some faith in humanity with this, but let's face it, that's been long gone for a while.

Wal-mart is going to be the new GameStop.

I can feel it.

Wow, thems some issues I don't wanna touch with a thirty nine and a half foot poll. You shouldn't either. If you still do, at least, don't expect results too quickly.

To randomly change the subject, I can now add something to my "The World will End When..." list.

Using a Blendtec blender to blend another Blendtec blender.

Calling someone "Fatass" is part of the whole "Male bonding" insulting thing. So long as the guy in question isn't getting offended by it.

Pushing people on riding bikes into the street is just being a major douche.

I think I can explain the whole "fat" joke thing. When it comes to guys there are things that we can joke about while still maintaining the context of a joke. In the case of the fat jokes it could be that the guys making the joke and the fat guy in question know each other enough that said joke is just that: A joke. Hell, I tend to do the same thing with some of my friends, and they do the same to me.

A good way to tell if someone is actually seriously offended by these jokes is to see if the jokee (The person being joked about) is offened by the things the joker, or jokers, are saying. If so, usually very angry stuff happens, then apoligies.

From my experiences, girls don't tend to do this. Which would explain why they agonize about being fat when usually they aren't (Not belittling the ones that actually are fat and agonize themselves, it's just something from my experiences).

tl;dr version: Guys insult each other until someone gets offened. Very much angry yelling and apoligizing proceeds the person getting offeneded. LazyMan is perplexed by the actions of women.

If you were like Simon Cowel you would have a British accent, say things like "That was dreadful", people would boo you everytime you say something that wasn't a complement but constructive criticism veiled in an insult and not have lady parts.

Seeing as you're a Cali girl that rules out three of the four criteria. Unless you get booed by people, then you should be in the clear.

After reading what I typed, I can't even tell if I'm joking anymore. OH WELL.

I think I know what this game is.

I'm not going to post my guess, though, so it'll remain secret until the secret game is revealed.

But if my guess is right HOLY [parasitic bomb] I WILL BE [tornado fang]ing EXCITED. And mad props will go to the publisher for getting those problems out of the way. As well as my money.

EDIT: Wait, I r teh stupidz. It's not what I thought it was. Well, it's better to be wrong without saying anything then being wrong saying something.

I have no idea now.

I honestly think it looks like wii balance board.  XD

I would actually find it hilarious if we were fooled and it was actually Sony's version of the balance board.

The holes and such are just there for looks.

Gaming / Re: Slimstation 3: Slimmer, Cheaper, Sony-er

I'm expecting Microsoft to come out with a slimmer version of the 360 because of this.

Not Nintendo. The Wii can't get any thinner than it already is.

473
I'm guessing something like the Wii is; not as powerful graphically, doesn't cost a whole lot to make, aimed at the non-FPS/graphic-hog crowds.

Since when did expensive to produce consoles with powerful graphics and catering to the FPS/graphic-hog crowds become a "hardcore" console? 'Cause that's what you're insinuating right thar.

Wanna know what's really a casual system? The [tornado fang]ing I-touch/I-phone. Those games play, for all intents and purposes, like flash games.

Oh, and before you bring up the mountains of shovelware for the Wii; every generation had them. Just because the Wii has shovelware now doesn't mean that it never existed. It's only more obvious now because Nintendo isn't making games at the pace of the Gamecube era to give third party developers a chance at actually selling something on the Wii. Whether that has worked or not is debateable.

Unless this one is backwards compatable again.
