On that vein I suggest you draw Vixy cosplaying as Thief.

It'll be awesome.

As long as it looks like Player and isn't in words then I don't give a damn how you do it.

Hell, it could even be made in ACSII.

When I said gun hammer, I meant something that was awesome.

I still laughed at it though. Must be the God Hand OST. Somehow it makes things funnier.

So, who's up for hijacking that giant Gundam and persuading them to do otherwise?

I'm all for it.

After I learn not to make innuendos so subtle.

I should make a list of people I owe stuff to, that way I won't forget.

It'll be here in this post.

People I owe stuff to
Sakura, Borock and Michael Roa Valdamjong (Drew me a picture of Player)
CephiYumi (She drew me a picture of Thief. Even though she said she didn't want anything, I'm still writing her something, damnit.)
Vixy (I haven't written anything that starred her yet. Which is obligatory apparantly.)
Night (His picture is hilarious. 'nuff said.)
Wily II (He sprited Player)

Fan Creations / RPG Adventures Mini-contest thingy.
« on: June 23, 2009, 09:31:17 PM »
Yeah, I just realized that no one has drawn Player yet.

So I'm asking for a picture of the Player in the form of a contest.

First one to draw me a half-way decent picture of Player gets a story thingy of their choice (KEEP IT CLEAN).

For those that draw me an awesome picture of any of the RPG Adventure cast (Player included) you get a story thingy too.

Here's a quick description: Short, messy brown hair. Blue Jean shorts. A white T-Shirt with a Chibi Hero head saying something in moon speak. He's also the one that holds the controler during Hero and Thief's wacky adventures!

Get drawing people!

Psst! When I said the "First one" I meant "Everyone". So just draw a half way decent picture of Player or any mix of the cast and you get something.

That would leave TOO many plotholes, so I guess inafune's trying to find a way to make another series ( wich I would love ) to fill all that.

Yeah, that's what I figured too. That could be a very good reason as to why they're not making a Legends 3, despite the demand for it.

Or maybe Capcom is actually taking a page from Nintendo's book and developing the game without actually announcing it before hand until the time is right.

[/speculation, none of this should be considered fact. Not even this tag.]

364
You know, while it would be awesome to have a Legends 3 finally, I have to say that it's probably not going to happen within our lifetimes.

Here's my logic: Legends is the official end of the series, right?  So if Legends 3 is made, and that game fills in any plotholes that the first two Legends and all the other Megaman games made, then that is it for anything Megaman. Unless you're talking spinoffs that aren't a part of the official timeline, which seems to [acid burst] some people off for some reason. This could be a reason that Capcom is so hesistent to create a Legends 3: If they end up explaining everything that's unexplained up to this point, then they'll have nothing to make another Megaman game with. It would make sense to expand the other series in the official timeline before making a Legends 3, so that way it might be possible that Legends 3 won't be the last game in the official timeline due to the possibility of more plotholes being dug up in future new games (I.e. ZX3, X9).

There may even be a possibility that Capcom is planning yet another Megaman series after Legends, and are trying to figure out the best way to transition to that new series without people thinking the Megaman series has Final Fantasy Syndrome.

If Legends 3 does happen now at least, then Megaman ends.

Oh, Bag of Magic Food: He was being sarcastic.

Break from the RPM Special for a Team Fortress 2 poem.

---

Once upon a time, in a server far away
There was a blue Scout that shouted "Bonk!" when he hurt people.
This Scout was facing a dilemma.
The Scout shouted, "I need a dispensah over 'ere!"
However, the Engineer was facing problems of his own.
"A Spy is sappin' my sentry" The Engineer shouted back.
The Scout could see no red spy.
Unfortunately, this lead to his downfall as the Scout was then backstabbed by the Spy.
Before the Scout completely died, the Spy whispered into his ear,
"I did your mother."
As the Spy walked out of the room, he disguised himself as the recently fallen Scout.
Until he got hit by the Sniper's Jarate.
This drew the attention of a red Soldier
"I think his mate saw me." The Sniper whispered to himself.
A rocket to the face only proved that fact.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm not sure it's a porn game yet.

Granted, I've just started the game and haven't gone very far. But a couple bosses in I just don't see it.

Unless I'm missing something, and what those bosses were doing to me when they grabbed me was what I thought they were doing, then I'm missing something.

"I feel it's coming from a swamp..."

(I'll admit. I loled.)

Thief smacked Sakura upside the head. It wasn't necessarily painful, just very annoying.

Thief: Just because we're named after our titles doesn't mean everyone in our world is named that way.

Hero: What about General and Rando-

Thief: Those are just the people we happen to know. Shut up.

Hero had just heard what Taiyo said about the swamp.

Hero: From a swamp you say?

Hero had a look in his eye. When everyone saw that "I know there's some monsters to be a killing" look, shivers went down their spines. Expect for Thief, because she's used to it.

And with the magic of "I'm tired shut the hell up I don't wanna be deatailed" our heroes arrive at what appears to be a giant swamp.

Taiyo: This wasn't here before.

Hero: I don't think we can be blamed for this.

Sakura: Yes you can.

Hero: Unless someone from our world figured out how to move a [tornado fang]ing SWAMP from our world, I doubt it's our fault.

Borock: What's gotten into him?

Hero: Mother [tornado fang]ing dragons in Mother [tornado fang]ing swamps.

Thief: This isn't a movie trailer, Hero.

Hero: Do I look like I care?

I could afford it when it came out. Not so much right now.

I'm going to have to borrow the money to get it fixed.

The fact that my 360 red ringed right after I posted negatively about the Microsoft conference at E3 seems too strange to just be a coincidence.

Or it could be the fact that I've had it since it first came out in 2005. If it didn't red ring already it was about time.

However, I would have wished it would've red ringed while I still had a warranty. My 360 will cost me $100 big ones.

Wow, this must be a sevre case of Murphey's law, because my 360 red ring'd today.

I'll be dealing with that soon. Whether that will get in the way of updates here will be a different story.

It's going to cost $100. I wish I had a Paypal account and the fans so I could ask for donations. Since I have neither, I'll have to pay for it myself.

Fan Creations / LazyMan's E3 09 Opinion Piece.
« on: June 13, 2009, 10:17:57 AM »
Another update. This time I actually watched all three conferences at once. So now I can give my opinion on them. And here it is.

---

Microsoft: Not really that exciting. The only games I’m looking forward to that were shown here are Splinter Cell: Conviction, Alan Wake, and MGS: Rising. Maybe Halo 3 ODST. Natal as a whole didn’t impress me, but Milo does look interesting.

I have to say, though, I better be able to shoryuken that [sonic slicer]. No dragon punching, no deal. Also, multiple save files. One will be where I’m a total prick to the kid, and the other where I’m myself; which is kind of a prick.

I did like the fact that they didn’t jerk off to numbers, though.

Sony: Overall a pretty good show. There’s a lot of number talk, but there’s enough games to balance that.

There’s some jokes about the leaks before E3, which I found to be funny. Of course there’s HANNAH MONTANA. [tornado fang] YEAH. There was also a bunch of stuff I didn’t care about. Like the PSPGo. To be fair, it wasn’t until after E3 announcements that I started to hate the device, so I’ll let it slide for now.

Also, Translator-Kun and I should go out for some drinks. We both didn’t give a [parasitic bomb] during the Gran Turismo PSP showing.

Nintendo: Wow, they actually started with Cammy? That’s not a good sign. There was also bragging about how video games were bigger than just about everything, which I liked. I would’ve liked it to come form someone other than Cammy, but oh well. Thankfully, though, there was very little number talk. A lot less than Sony, at least. Plus Wii MotionPlus is looking good. And it’s good to know Wii MotionPlus will be coming with some games. It’s also good to know I’ll be muttering all the bad words I do in real life while playing these games. Thanks for letting me know Reggie, I don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t swear at my games.

Nintendo honestly surprised the crap out of me with the games they announced. Most notable Metroid Other M being produced by Team Ninja. I both fear and wonder what they’ll do with the franchise.

The Vitality Monitor confused me as much as it did the rest of you guys. However, not much has been said about this device, so I'll hold off on judgement for now.

Not going against them or anything, but the Gamespot Nintendo Conference randomly changes in volume, and Sony’s video quality is your usual Youtube fare. Microsoft’s video was the only one with really good quality, which is a tad bit suspicious.

Overall this is how I’d rank the conferences:

First: Nintendo. Honestly, while Sony had more games, Nintendo had more surprises. Also less number talking.

Second: Sony. Sony had a lot of games to show, but it’s only in second because there wasn’t that many surprises and they talked about numbers too much.

Third: Microsoft. Their conference was boring as hell. ‘Nuff said.

Feel free to discuss my opinion if you want.
