The Wings will be more practical, serving to assist in his attacks. As for the shield pose; yeah I'll be doing some better sprites for that later I wanted to get the ball rolling for now at least.

((Sorry this took so long; been busy again. This will be cut into two updates, the intro then the battle with the last update of Adventure#2 being the ending))
Shadow Star: Blue Valkyrie because of you my plans lay in ruin--but now I have the power and the means to shape my destiny with my own two hands. You will suffer for getting in my way; I will make you watch as I destroy your precious Azure Star.
Blue: N-no wait!
White Beard: W-what are you doing you have no idea what that much power will do to you!
Blue: I need to try I can't abandon my home it can't end like this!
White Beard: Ahhh! How is she-?!
Tempest Star: Blue take that traitor out...
Blue: This ends here Shadow Star!
Shadow Star: Absorb all the darkness you want girl but I have become like a god; you have no idea the powers I now wield! Prepare yourself girl this is truly the end and no one is coming to help you this time.
Omni-Form
By merging the four elements with either light or darkness Omni-Energy is created; this new energy is the very building blocks of the universe yet only a taste of what is hidden in the omni-gem it's self. This is Blue's ultimate form,her physical strength;endurance and speed skyrocket and she gains the ability to use new non-elemental based attacks.
Flight
Blue is able to attain free flight in this form; she can easily escape the atmosphere of a planet in this state and freely maneuver through space.
Crystal Shot
Blue shoots rapid fire crystals made of Omni-Energy they deal moderate damage individually and with such rapid firing can overwhelm a target quickly.
Crystal Sheild
Blue creates a powerfull omni-sheild that completly nullifies most attacks provided she can time the hit correctly; if she succeeds she'll build up energy until she begins flashing with power and can use her ultimate attack.
Final Strike
By absorbing enough energy from blocking with her Crystal Shield Blue can unleash the energy in a devastating final attack that turns her into a comet of pure omni-energy. This attack can easily nullify most of Shadow Star's attacks in the final battle.
Weaknesses
While Blue can permanently absorb the four main elements she cannot seem to absorb Darkness in the same way and is unable to absorb Light at all, thus Blue cannot keep the Omni-Form and once she expends the energy she must re-absorb darkness to transform again.
((Next update is the final battle))

Like I said it's not a bad service or anything but I mostly ended up downloading a few PSX games like FF7, Legend of Dragoon, Parasite Eve, and ICO Although I did buy Deception IV Bloodties through it. It's mostly a money thing right now; not sure I can afford little things like this right now.

« on: April 18, 2014, 07:40:02 AM »Look at Bass's feet. The dark spots are the highlights on the other ones. Note the reversal of the shading on the light areas of the X1 costume. The blue was converted to gray and then inversed.
I should look more closely next time. Oh well; not a bad concept though I guess.

That's a pretty well-rounded selection. The BN costume looks good and Quint took me by surprise.
So---Classic/Bad Box Art/Rush Adapter Colours?/Bass/Quint/X-1 Armor/BN.
Should have been a Protoman costume over the Rush one but oh well maybe good old Blues is an assist trophy.
I like them; better than just pallet swaps.

(Just for clarification... the "Growing dark power" is Tron, and those he unwillingly controls. But of course, neither Key nor you have a way of knowing that... as for D-Nebula... I'll have to see if I ever get into it much beyond a simple explanation of it from Key's mouth.)
Blue makes her way over after hearing "galactic police force" sanding next to her allies. "You said galactic police force right, you know a space pirate called White Beard then?" Blue pauses continuing before Key could respond "As for a dark power maybe he's talking about the Omni-Gem that was stolen from Azure Star, it's a source of all six primal elements darkness included; I guess WilyII and White Beard have it now." Blue shrugs perhaps not sure if her information was relevant to the matter at hand.
((So we have Tron,this D-Nebula; and the Omni-Gem containing the primal dark element AND something evil within? RMPM is kinda doomed.

A midriff i can understand, (though i'd prefer NO changes, yknow, keep it the way its supposed to be) but the braid is a distinguishing characteristic that makes him look unique. That's like... Like removing the Light blue from X's helmet.
Male characters with braids in anime/Japanese games aren't that unique though; rather common really. The US design is better IMO, the random exposed midriff is a bizarre design choice to begin with; He might as well paint a target on that exposed area that says "Shoot me here". Well unless he's an android/cyborg or something in that case I guess it wouldn't matter. *shrugs*
Honestly japan if you want to have feminine looking heroes just make female protagonists, the game industry could use more of them.

You have a real talent for designing monsters; I should get you to design Adventure#3's final battle when ever I get around to that storyline. (That eye; it would fit as a Dark Elemental monster in Blue's story easily)
