Anime & Manga / Re: Gundam

Oh I know, most people actually have no problem with SEED when you get down to it. The disconnect is my love of Destiny. XD But it's cool, I "get" why people don't like Destiny and that's fine with me.

But yeah... Gundam Build Fighters. Holy crap. So good. So many unanswered questions about Arista and all that, I wanna know more. Fall can't come soon enough. (It was Fall, right?)

My issues with SEED and it's sequels more or less come from the unlikeable characters, the forgettable plot and the unoriginal mech designs; the use of stock footage certainly didn't help my low opinion. Sunrise if you want to reboot the UC then reboot the UC.  >_<

I can understand why people like it though, SEED is the jump on point for a lot of fans much like Wing and G-Gundam but for me I watched them all in order of release (minus Wing,G and the classic series) so getting to SEED after Turn-A was a major disappointment, SEED just seemed so safe and cookie cutter by comparison.

All my opinion of course, if you like SEED more power to you; there's something for all Gundam fans luckily.

Blue places her left hand on her hips and motions with the right a frown on her face. "So--uh, are we going inside or are they going to keep being rowdy; honestly I have no idea whats happening."

(Lets pick up the mob side of this again XD)

I've enjoyed their classic series quite a bit, I'll have to track this down someday.

The Character and Mech Design is giving off some serious Turn-A vibes, looking forward to this.

Whoa that's not far off the real designs, gotta love the Soul Caliber character creator.

Was replaying Freespace 2 and I forgot about this mission...scared the [parasitic bomb] out of me as 50 Kilometer juggernaut nearly splat my fighter right as I jumped in.  8D

Preeeetty sure he was never quite good at it, Hypershell.

As for the suing thing, that's an odd ruling. Well, guess we'll see how the other court sessions go.

Like it said in the article, Nintendo is planning an appeal; so who knows might turn out okay for them after all. If the appeal fails I'm sure they will settle or whatever the term is.

True, but at least the series ended on a high note; not sure what a sequel could do to expand on the game play honestly. Marina is a great robot character though, Blue's habit of tossing robots was based on her.  XD

Lets hope they have a successful appeal, still what the hell...

You should stop and pet him. :3

I might try if I see the cat again, knowing my luck he'll bolt. XD

Speaking of cats there is this orange cat that lives two blocks from my house that follows me when ever I get back from the store; not a house or two but the two blocks before it turns back. This has happened a few times now, not sure if that's adorable or creepy yet.  8D

It wouldn't surprise me if DK is a masochist for bananas. 8D

True, this is the Ape that punched the moon out of orbit just to get his bananas back.  XD

The A.I. is frighteningly accurate with those aren't they? Anyone else miss the days where DK span out on his own banana peels?  XD

Captain White Beard and his Buccaneers, their faces were partly inspired by cannon balls; fitting the pirate them I was going for. Mets also had a part in that design, unlike Blue they don't have any human like features besides their shape.

Just to show I'm still working on Blue Valkyrie stuff, a mix of work/other real life issues has kept me from really doing much on the creative side for a while now; but I didn't want to give up on Blue Valkyrie Adventure so I went back to the drawing board. Been thinking about retelling the story rather than porting it to RPGMaker so I'll have better luck making a more enjoyable story when it is finally finished; Asylum helped me learn a little more about events and scripts and has basically served it's purpose (I won't be showing that off as it's really rough looking, some elements from that will be making an appearance though.)). Anyway free time will be spent into making this project work again.

Some time in the future I will need to find an artist to draw up Blue and some of the other main characters, although commissioning artists right now is something I can't afford at the moment sadly.   XD

So how do natures work anyway? Do they effect stats, as for breeding I seem to remember offspring being able to inherit powers they normally could not?

I won't lie pokemon breeding is well beyond me, I still have no idea what EV training is either. XD
