Reva shakes her head as if being woken from a daydream "H-huh? Oh s-sorry not sure what I was doing there, ye-yes." Reva reaches into her small leather bag tied around her hip and produces the amulet she showed back at the camp sight.

With a serious look on her face she raises her right hand into the air and begins chanting.
"Great Bahamut I have returned to fulfill the ancient pact made more than a lifetime ago allow us entry so that we may heal this poisoned land!" The amulet glows brightly and with a thunderous boom the doors slowly begin to slide open revealing the dark interior perhaps not seen by mortal eyes for centuries.

Without even looking back to the others Reva steps beyond the door way as the stone gates finish opening, the massive torches lining the walls suddenly burst into flame illuminating the hall before the group. Ancient runes and symbols line them likely beyond the understanding of the party.

"Come we have been invited in it would be rude to keep "him" waiting." Reva's voice is oddly cold lacking the excitement for adventure the others typically would expect.

((Finally get to drop some hints on Reva's Story =D ))

((Party was split into two, one half fought an Iron Giant the others a legion of beast men. The Iron Giant was destroyed and the beastmen retreated. After meeting up and resting the group managed to open the gate and pass into Zepter. After a few days of travel they now stand before the shut gates of the Temple of Bahamut Reva mentioned and Reva is acting rather oddly.))

Reva continues to stare deeply at the dragon engraving seemingly oblivious to the party's conversation.

((I'll assume everyone else is ready to go as well))

Some time passes and Reva's leg begins to heal thanks to the cure spells, the group begin to search for a way to escape the fortress. A door leads up into a guard tower and the party is able to activate the mechanism to raise the gate, thankfully they suffer no further attacks from the beast men and manage to escape into Zepter proper.

The trip down the main road is uneventful, however it's eerily quiet with no sign of anyone not even wildlife or roaming monsters, and while the fog seemed to only be a barrier between Zepter's borders it continues to block out the sun. After two days of walking the party notice a massive temple appear on the horizon Reva assures them that this is the temple she mentioned before they arrived. Soon the group stand before it's massive gates however unlike before there seems to be no way to raise the gates.

"This is the place." Reva runs her hand along the engraving on the giant stone doors depicting Bahamut the dragon god she begins to stare at the door almost as if lost in thought.

"The king conquered many lands in his life but he grew melancholy in his old age and sought a power to extend his life and empire, he invaded the kingdom of the dark ones and stole their power, a crown that granted it's wearer power of primal magic and beasts. But soon after his land fell into chaos as a deep fog engulfed the land. Well that's the legend anyway." Reva leans forward a little as she finishes.

"The opening above the seats might be the best way out...I don't think we want to go where that Iron Giant came from." Reva with Luna's assistance manages to stand although she'll need help moving for a bit.

"M-My leg." Reva frowns rubbing her right leg "But at least it's dead...or broke."

-Up above the group manages to clean up the last few of the beast soldiers with the surviving ones retreating deep into the fortress. Although it's hard to see if there are more lurking within.

-As the core was pierced the giant let out a roar rearing back light spilled from it's body and then suddenly exploded outward knocking Luna and Serah off their feet, Reva covered her eyes to avoid being blinded by the light; when her hand lowered she saw the Iron Giant stand motionless no light from it's eyes or core then it's armor breaking apart and turning to dust now that magic supporting it had been destroyed.

((Party B can likely clean up pretty fast if anyone else wants to get a few more posts in before combat ends?))

The few remaining beast soldiers begin to group together realizing most of their numbers have been spent and finally stop fighting amongst themselves to charge the group.

-As the nest Beast Soldier goes down Prospero realizes their numbers have begun to drop quite a bit and only a hand full remain.

-Her strike chips off a chunk of armor on it's chest the giant almost groans in pain and the broken armor reveals...nothing but a glowing red orb at the center. Grasping it's damaged armor it backs up a step and stands up tall to try and prevent another melee attack hitting it again.

that green greens one is masashi hamauzu (of ff13 fame) haha

Thats fine by me, of all FF13's numerous issues it's soundtrack certainly wasn't one of them.

-The Iron Giant finally regained it's balance although clearly damaged to the point it was even slower than before growing at the party it begins to lumber forward preparing to bring down it's massive sword on the two again.

Reva remains slumped against the wall still barely conscious even with the curaga spell.
