It is cool. I think its better than the original Final Fight.
I would enjoy at the very least a reboot, the last time I saw him was in a cameo in Ken's stage in Alpha 2.

Apparently this was posted on the games main site to cheer on the Korean team in that "world cup" thing
As for the game itself, still no release dates (that I can find) but I guess it's still being worked on.
Also, have a random interview with Producer and Art Director (the Magna Carta one):
