Back at Suppercut Industries...

Dr. Danow was eating his lunch of Baconator 21XX and fries, with Dr. Litterton staring, having already finished hers.

"It's been a while since we hung out. When was last time, like, senior year 2099?" she started. Dr. Danow nodded, and she continued, "I know you're worried about Sinos and whatnot, but we really should do this more often."

Another nod. Alice was getting a bit bored of Corey. She scooted next to him and tapped the small headset like device in his right ear. "So if I put this in my ear would Sinos--"

Corey slapped Alice's hand away and barked, "NO. Interrupting the connection for more than a half a second could cause corruption issues. You'll brick Sinos before you get that thing hooked up." He immediately looked a bit depressed and calmly added, "Sorry. I agree. I'm just really... strung out now."

"It's okay," Alice chirped, and jokingly added, "Now hurry up with your damn hamburger, slowpoke!"


"Heuwhaa~" Sinos sleepily yawned, emerging from the power conserve mode he was in. He stood up, dusted himself off, and extended a hand to Arche, "Sinos. I look forward to joining along with you." He managed a friendly smile and tone despite his previous state.

(Actually that bit of backstory is a great way to explain Sinos's humanity compared to other SIIDRA units. You'll see what I mean by that.)

Well, I have my diagnosis for my PS2.

I tried adjusting the laser angle cog thingamageary several times, and I still have not gotten it to work. The motor will start and stop immediately, as if either the motor won't work or there was nothing in there. Turning the system sideways and putting tape has not worked. My diagnosis is motor-itis, which can only be fixed by replacing the motor, which costs money I don't have. Luckily a friend of mine who I saw at the party today told me he was willing to part with his extra PS2 on the condition that I share with him the games that I get for mine (since he still doesn't have any good games for it, so he never plays his). So in the off chance that happens (which is a big if since he's D**e, and D**e isn't a very consistent guy), at least I will have the ability to play games.

He's not getting Rogue Galaxy though. I'm playing that first <3

Sinos sighed and gave up on trying to contact either person. He sat down and looked at the sky intensively, as if studying it or reading it for data, but in reality he was just looking at the sky all bored-like. Maybe it's because I can't be taken seriously enough...

Sinos, who was still holding the attention pose through the exchange, was still affected by the hostility from earlier and let his previous politeness falter with an annoyed "Heeeeh? Did I get muted or something?"


"Yeah. He's your robot, Corey," Dr. Litterton teased Dr. Danow, earning from him an eye roll.

"Well, at least he's survived this much, and hey, he found a human! Ain't it swell," he responded.

A moment passed. With a snicker, Dr. Litterton teased again, "I'm waiting for you to go 'Ahyuck, ahyuck, guurls!'"

"Go [tornado fang] yourself, Alice," Dr. Danow said, as they both exchanged a round of laughter.

"Fascinating..." Sinos employed many CPU-cycles to appear serious and studious without busting out in laughter at the entrant's strange behavior. "Ahm, well, um... if he isn't hostile, I'm still interested in meeting him." Unfortunately, Sinos still let slip a single snicker, but immediately pretended like it never happened.

The tourists then began taking pictures of them, at which Sinos got a bit nervous. "Umm... I can throw up an EMP if this attention is undesired..." he whispered to borock-bot.

(I was just about to go to sleep >__<)
