Now I really wonder if Quick Man ever gets faster optics, so he doesn't run into the wall all the time.

3. You can't buy phoenix downs.
Why in the mother of God can't we buy this essential item in this game? Horseshit!
Do better.

I like in Lunar SSSC how you only get so many max mana items. What a devious idea that was. Ha!

That black guy in that YouTube video pronounces Pokemon like my stupid [tornado fang]ing friend does: Pokeymon. What the [tornado fang]. This friend of mine, he's obsessed with Pocket Dudes, but he can't even say the name. It's like if I said Meja Men or some [parasitic bomb].

I just started playing the PSP version of Final Fantasy III.
It reads my system settings to know my language and my X/O functions. Unfortunately nobody told the HUD. The screen will still say "O Accept" and "X Cancel", even though that isn't true.

Also, is Monk any good? I know in FF1 it had a side effect of getting multiple hits, so monsters who nullified all attacks to 1 were easily defeated if they had low HP.
Everybody gets multiple attacks in FF1. Or at least, my Fighter, Red Mage, and Monk all do, and I'm like just shy of level 10.

What a great (albeit short) track

Shame I never played the game, wasn't big on Sega back in the day. Seems pretty cool.
Wasn't big on Sega? I gather the PSX game is a port? Or was it also on Saturn? I have it. I really oughtta beat it before I lose it. Oh where have you escaped to, disc one of Eternal Blue Complete? :'(

More Brental Floss goodness.

I gotta say, I'm really liking that Dave Bulmer fellow...
Haha, this song popped into my head today, oddly enough. Not this, but the track from SML. And [tornado fang] Brental Floss. That game's sprites, schmup segments, music, and enemies kicked ass. Way better than SMB.

Enjoy sound effects on top of the best track from Bionic Commando IMO:

I know. Blanket statements like that are never true. <-- My favorite ironic statement I've ever concocted. Reminds me of "Only a Sith deals in absolutes"

My Project X Zone (with CD+Artbook) just shipped~ :cookie:

And this is for the oldskool NxC lovers (the PS2 game), like Hypershell and I. ^^

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OFCTBOdhuoY[/youtube]
Not quite the same without the vocals. Like when they put the instrumental for His World in Brawl.

Also, I'm not entirely sure NxC can pass for old-school.

This is slightly off-topic, but I didn't think it warranted an entire topic, and since it comes from this game...

It’s all just one big, funny joke to you, isn’t it, Capcom?  Well guess what?

We’re still not laughing.

Get it through your thick skulls.
Hahahaha. I'm laughing. Legends 3 was never going to happen. I bet the whole thing was a troll from the get-go. Also, giving them a reaction makes it funny. You gave me more chuckles by being upset than I would've had normally.

One time I found the head of a hercules beetle in a bag of pot.

i learned this today

It's been too long since I played 9. What am I supposed to see exactly?

I learned today, or rather was reminded, that everyone I ever give a [tornado fang] about is going to abandon me without warning the moment I inconvenience them in some way, be it disagreeing with them, making them uncomfortable, or simply wanting to be their friend.
I am 100% certain there is more to this story than your vague statement tells.

I'll only get it they do Green as well.

That's fake Zero because his jewel is red? Black Zero has the same colored jewel as Zero?

I'm only listing things I own. Game Gear games are hard enough to find, let alone the quality titles. I very much look forward to laying eyes on Mega Man for Game Gear. I'm running out of Magger games to find.

You are very easily offended. You should get offended at how Pocket Dudes promotes animal cruelty.

I agree. Don't you need a different chest piece for versions that separate? The T-Rex doesn't really feasibly make the chest.

What about Shantae? That's a GBC game and it's great.
I liked Shantae, but it had some serious [tornado fang]ing contrast problems. But that's not its fault. It's the Game Boy Color's.

Do remakes count?  Link's Awakening DX was alright.  The Oracle games were pretty good, too, from what I've heard.  Earthworm Jim: Menace 2 the Galaxy and even Donkey Kong Country, on the other hand...
Oracle games are [tornado fang]ing awesome!

Seriously, so good.
Eh, the asymmetry of the Game Boy/Game Boy Advance Zelda games always irked me, but that's me. I haven't played Earthworm Jim: Menace 2 the Galaxy. Donkey Kong Countries GBC were pretty cool.

Let's defend the Game Gear with good titles:
Golden Axe the Zelda 2-esque RPG
Dolphin Game
Sonic
Sonic Karts
Tails
FANTASY ZONE
And also Road Runner

Try quoting it. Did you put your open quote tag right after the emote? That's the only answer I can think of.

Is Johnny Test better or worse than The New Adventures of Johnny Quest? God that show sucked some serious ass.
I liked The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest...  :(
Really? Somebody must have had to, I guess. I didn't get it. I'd never seen the original, nor most kids. I wonder what the target audience for that show was.

Yes, when Gen 6 comes around.
No way. It's gonna be super secret and you gotta get a ticket to go to some island, but you can only catch it in Really Ruby and So-Totally Sapphire, even though it makes no sense for it to be in that region. Also, Jaihaichi is in some new region. Like the cute rare guys switched places for shits and giggles.

Retro City Rampage.
Is that like River City Ransom meets Rampage?

So, one of cartoon network's advertising bumpers for it's 20th celebration is that they acknowledged some of the mistakes they made in the past by bringing up Jhonny Test and Total Drama Island -- but never mentioning Problem Solverz. At all.

Well, it'll be a while before I jump into Pokemon again.  I still haven't gotten up the nerve to drudge through the Dream World long enough for my Dratini, and like hell if I'm starting a new Pokemon game without one.
I hate Dratini. You get this totally awesome Dragonair, but you either have to bite the bullet and have shitdick stats or evolve it into Snarf the Dragon.

Watch Sigma's coloring.  Only X can hurt him when he's blue, only Zero can hurt him when he's red, and both can hurt him while he's yellow.
Oh boy, talk about putting the COLOR into Game Boy COLOR.

Relevant

Also, you both know that Game Boy Color games suck, right? Like Game Gear games. Not that there aren't a few decent ones, but even then they suck, and the rest are worse.
