I managed to catch a Slugma with Flame Body. :D
I don't think I'm that far yet, I'm supposed to head for the 3rd gym.

So I'm going to evolve my Fletchling because its evolved form has Flame Body so hatching eggs will be easier.

I got a Furfrou, I shall give it a trim later.  It's also a girl so the haircuts will look less stupid on it.

Huh I did not know Rock Type moves are not very effective against ground types, then again I never had a Rock Type in the main game on my team so it makes sense.

Plenty if you read through the old thread.  This is not a new thing, I have no idea why people think it is.

I'll say this again, the only reason the Upset thread was made was because Joseph felt so damn self conscious posting his lack of a love life and other bitching in the previous what are you thinking now thread.

So...

You can eat stinkbugs.  Well, I assumed that you could, as insects are edible, but stinkbugs apparently have a very good flavor and can be baked into cookies.

Stinkbug-chip cookies anyone?
I'll pass even if they do have good protein.

This has become a secondary "What's upsetting you right now?" thread.
This is the primary what is upsetting you right now thread, it always has been.  In fact I feel that thread is unnecessary.

I was going to play Pokemon today but I'm just so tired right now and I need to help out at the Pumpkin Festival tomorrow.

I just heard the strangest sound outside.  It sounded like your usual stock high-pitched squealing Pokemon cry, but as it sounded frantic and was accompanied by rustling...  I think whatever made that noise is a goner.

Let us have a moment of silence for that creature.

...

I did get my hair cut, but haven't gotten a Furfrou trimmed.  I did shop at a couple of places, though.  Is the Furfrou-trimming a requirement?  I don't even have it on my team.  Does it need to be on your team so you can spend money getting it trimmed for no reason other than to go shop at Bitches-R-Us?
It's not really a requirement, just an example.  There's a list on Serebii that has everything you can do and how much effect it has.

I don't even know how to get in, but yeah, they probably have a good reason for not letting you in at first, even if it is insulting!
you have to do a lot of things in Lumiose like shop at the shops and get your Furfrou trimmed and so on.

I just gave my Rocky Helmet to Tsunami since I know that he's the pure tank and therefore is going to be probably cause the least damage even with a Modest Nature.

Listen, the way this game lets you level up, all gyms are pretty much no match for you. I just got my 5th badge and Pyre Sage is already at LVL 51.
Maybe they wanted this game to be sort of like Pokemon Colosseum and encourage using a lot of Pokemon during the game or something.  Maybe that's why it's so easy.

Wouldn't that make all Pokemon Masochists then?

But they're made of electricity and produce electricity, it's like saying humans are Masochists because we drink water and like to swim and get wet.

Nah. Normal types are the types to just sit back and let the other types do all the work.
Still I don't see the logic of how Electric type Pokemon are Masochists.

Electric types are masochists!  8D
I would have said that Normal Types are the masochists since they have no resistances.

You can leave Pokepuffs and they'll eat it but that's about it.

I always save in a Pokemon Center.

And when my Pikachu and Plusle had a baby, the guy at the daycare said that they weren't getting along at all.  Then, I come back, and they had a baby.  So, they had hate sex.
Yeah Pokemon breeding is weird at times sometimes even when they do like each other they take longer to produce a egg than a pair that don't like each other and the latter does it really fast.
