« on: October 21, 2013, 01:35:23 AM »you do realize you can check the pokedex to see where they are, right? it's not relying on luck, it's checking the pokedex for their current location and getting there, chasing them down.Since Gen 4, Gen 3 and below your on your own until you randomly find it then you can track it.
as far as i know, it has always been this way with roamers.
