I named Zeta's Pokemon after Anime and Manga characters in Wilypocalyse.
Yusuke the Empoleon is based on Yusuke Urameshi in Yu Yu Hakusho. He's Zeta's first Pokemon is a troll as well as a jack ass with a heart of gold. He likes to eat fish and drinks Raspberry Lemonade and will probably refer to PB as Dumbass instead of his name most of the time.
Armstrong the Mamoswine is based off of Armstrong from FMA. He basically has Armstrong's personality, including manly tears and affection, and was hatched from an egg. His father is a Beartic which he learn Icicle Crash from and is proud to continue the Armstrong blood line with the birth of Hikaru hoping to instill the pride of the Armstrong name in her once she's born.
Kenshin the Gallade is based on Kenshin Himura from Ruroni Kenshin. He's basically the opposite of Yusuke being polite and formal to the point of using Japanese honorifics, including dono, because of his Samurai nature.
Narancia the tiny Raichu is based off of Narancia from part 5 of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. He's not as foul mouthed as his namesake but he is mischievous and childish as well caring about age. I may have him act as a lol cat and do other cute things.
Celty the Skarmory is based off of Celty from Durarara. She's stoic and aloof but otherwise friendly, she probably won't get as much attention as the others but she's reliable.
Friender the blind Arcanine is based off of Friender from Casshern Sins. He's friendly and will sniff new people to get to know them but he isn't bothered by his disability as he feels that it gives him a different perspective on life.
Hikaru the Eevee that will hatch is based off the doll in Angelic Layer. Her character will develop as she grows up and gets to know Zeta as well as be a source of comfort for her.
Except for Hikaru and Armstrong, for obvious reasons, has a backstory and are bound together by those back stories. However I still need to finalize Celty's backstory.

You need to Wonder Trade or GTS for it since Feebass can't be found in the wild.
That's what's hampering my team selection. I start raising a new member and then when it's time to consider adding another team member, it's a really tough decision to decide who goes in the box.Clemont gives it to you after you beat him in the 4th gym, but Runaway unfortunately can't learn it for some reason. Again doesn't make any sense.
As for Runaway learning Thunderbolt, I'll need to see if I have that TM stored away somewhere. I liked Charge Beam for the added SpAtt stat-increase.

That's why I taught Runaway Charge Beam.Ariados is kind of really bad stat wise, it has decent Attack and everything else is mediocre. It's a shame since it has access to some good hazards and Sucker Punch to make up for the Speed but it will not last long. Also I'm sure Runaway can learn Thunderbolt which should be better for him.
I should also raise one of my Gyaradoses. Lots of Pokemon I need to start raising for team purposes. Pavorotti (Lucario) may make a return to the team, and I liked Ariados when I used her, so I may raise another one with a new moveset.
Blastoise is out of the question since I picked Bulbasaur. I might try for Milotic. Never even had one before.There should have been a Friend Safari with Wartortles you can find somewhere. If you really want a Milotic have Ruri give you a Feebas. You also need a Prisim Scale to evolve it and you need to Trade. I think you can get one in the Battle Maison or something.
Thus far my current team is Delphox, Sylveon, Venusaur, Hawlucha, Gardevoir, and the aformentioned Lapras. I kind of want to get rid of redundant types. (That would mean Gardevoir since I have a Psychic and a Fairy.) But I like her too much and there's also the matter of her Double Team/Calm Mind combo I have going for her. I have mostly a sentimental attraction to my team so I'm reluctant to get rid of any of them. It was pretty tough letting my Talonflame and Goomy sit in a box... (Except Lapras. Lapras is a jerk.)
EDIT: Okay never mind, Runway can't learn Thunderbolt for some stupid reason.

I also like Milotics since they are basically the reverse of Gyarados, though their type coverage and variety is severely limited she has access to Recover and Toxic so she can make a good Special Wall. If you want defense too, use her Marvel Scale ability with either a Flame Orb or Toxic Orb. Marvel Scale raises it's defense when she is inflicted with a status condition except for Sleep, Frozen or secondary status conditions.

I recommend using a guide to help you because Persona 3 is kind of complicated.

(That's fine too, though as a nitpick when you post a when a character is talking put a space before and after the not talking parts. It's just a little messy to read and a format that is important for a narrative that is not written in a book like an article online or off and good fan fiction.)
