Sakura stared at the familiar Platypus and titled her head.
"....Where the heck have you been and how did you get here?" Sakura blurted.
"Was that that strange creature that was swimming in the pool in the Saffron City Hotel?" Xuangzang questioned.
"Yes, the one that Pyro had that demanded to be petted." Sakura nodded.
"Interesting....." Xunagzang stated.
Arthur in the mean time ran up to it and stared in wonderment as it was nothing like he ever seen before.

"Okay, why don't we head back to the Pokemon Center first to do the grooming. I can do it here but I know there's some perv just waiting to snap a picture of me in a swimsuit and putting it in some League exclusive beauty magazine. I mean I've been stalked by TV people before, I didn't even see them in Sinnoh but somehow something I did, even something little as naming a Pokemon gets on there. I just don't want to force you into it."

"Hmm you seem a little nervous, not to mention you probably never seen a contest before have you." Sakura said as she went over to pet the Zoroark noticing his fur was a bit tangled and matted "But I do think some grooming would do you some good and maybe you can try some Pokeblocks."
Arthur paused from his Sour Pokeblock eating and noticed the Zoroark and scurried over with a smile.
"Chespin!" Arthur cried his normal hello.
"Please be careful Aruthur." Xuangzang said as he munched a Siracha tasting Pokeblock "You might make him nervous or irritated."
"Pin!" Aruthur saluted in his way of saying not to worry.

They require a bit of work and coordination with the trainer and well I wouldn't recommend a Pokemon that doesn't obey a trainer. Not to mention he has to be comfortable in crowds too." "Yes these sorts of things require some strategy correct?" Xuangzang stated.
"Totally especially since a Contest Appeal moveset and a normal Battle moveset might not mix together well." Sakura nodded. "In fact I think the Cute contests can be the hardest style to compete for since a lot of moves that fall into that category are learned by unevolved Pokemon."
