That's what I like about G Gundam, heck maybe they could have expanded more about the politics and ethics around it too because that took a back seat pretty quick. That was honestly interesting since for the first half of the anime they were fighting wherever they damn well please and didn't get in trouble since Gundam Fighters were above collateral damage. Not to mention the people who were forced to fight in it even if they didn't want to.
