« on: April 22, 2014, 03:21:16 AM »sadly you will find that dealing with human resource issues is just an endless rat race of people shifting the blame and pushing your problems on to a lesser employee who in turn will receive punishment for something they have no responsibility for usually.That's probably why I like the subject of HR so much, it's a huge ethical dilemma that that I have to think about carefully and effectively.
another major issue with the whole process is that there is a chain of command that usually needs to be followed but you will find that many steps of the latter are skipped in order to achieve a faster, if far less useful, result.
not to mention that it almost always boils down to a case of he said verses she said.

It seems that my mom's boss has a problem with an employee a step below him bitching at him and my mom is caught in the middle of it.
Since I'm studying Human Resources I'm just thinking that's this is completely juvenile and he should really deal with this himself instead of putting pressure on my mom to do something just to get the employee to shut up. It literally just makes me shake my head.

Yeah maybe that would be a good idea, but maybe a bit later. This quarter is really going to be a busy one for me and I have at least 2 or 3 classes with group projects. Not to mention for once I'm actually keeping up and I finally know how to make decent notes for the classes and believe me my notes are usually terrible.

I wasn't really complaining about it, I was explaining why most people don't watch it anymore. I literally don't care since as we both know very well is that a lot of us are not the target audience because of the above. I just keep up with this information in case I need to talk about certain things because I can. Not to mention I do at least highlight the merits of some of the seasons even with how they follow the same formula, if I was simply complaining I wouldn't even do that. That's called evaluation not complaining. Beside how often do I actually talk about the anime in the first place?

It's pretty much the same [parasitic bomb] all the time, Ash goes to a new region because of coincidence or Oak suggests he goes there, Ash leaves everyone except Pikachu (and sometimes like one other Pokemon) behind at Oak's lab like other trainers in the games do with the PC box, Ash meets a girl that will travel with him (and lately other gym leaders and sometimes younger siblings of either) Ash challenges gyms for the 8 badges, the Girl has some other goal (like Contests, being the best trainer of a type, or finding out what they want to do.) Team Rocket tries to do [parasitic bomb] and ultimately blasts off or fails (Though I have heard that this is happening less.), the other bad guys barely have any presence and their plot in the games are horribly rushed in the form of a few episodes or a movie or something, Ash collects all 8 badges, Ash gets to the Pokemon league and meets other rivals that just show up (I will give credit to Sinnoh and Unova for actually making said rivals regular characters throughout the sagas) and will never be seen again after the League is over, and Ash loses the League while the person he lost to either wins or comes in second place, epilogue where Ash says goodbye to his friends and then the cycle happens again.
It's really [tornado fang]ing old and the worst part is that Ash and his friends do not age.

He's in like three chapters of the game and really doesn't contribute to the story at all. If there were to be a third KI character, which I seriously doubt cause the series is really small, I'd rather go with Jerry's idea of Medusa, or even Hades.If he barely contributed anything he wouldn't have been in a boss fight or one of the 3 playable characters.
