« on: May 30, 2014, 07:07:04 PM »Are your professors really that bad, in general?Most are good to me, this is one of the first that I thought was outstanding. I grade kind of hard on those since I actually care about what I think about the teacher and the way they teach the class. Most of the time I give out 1's, 2's, and the occasional 3 for good teachers and a few 2's 3's 4's and even 5's for some bad teachers. It also depednds on some adittudes and stuff too. For example my econ teachers score really low for me for different reasons.
I usually end up giving most of my professors positive feedback for the evaluations.

First time I gave almost all ones to a teacher on one of those teacher evaluation things. For clarification a 1 is the highest grade you can give on the survey and 5 is the lowest.

I honestly suggest you do, it has some great themes, characters, and references for a 6 volume comic.
I could talk about Gideon but since he's the overall bad guy in a world where everyone has some shade of grey, especially in the dark shades of it, it would be a major disservice to spoil why Gideon is the sickest shade of black in the entire damn comic. Not to mention when you add some fridge logic and brilliance to some theories of some events he manipulated with what his main weapon is and form of attack is.

I'm going to keep my amount of characters to a minimum. Phi and Arche are my main focus, while Akane and the creepy dude are minor.
I'm going to resume the gentleman's part of the story when we get inside the Fxenodrome. Afterwards, I'll come up with something for the introduction of the female character. That probably won't be until far in the future, though.

With the number of times I have to repeat the same thing to the same people over and over again at the other studios, I have exactly 0% hope that it's better anywhere else. Disclaimer: I'm not claiming Ubi Montreal is any better. I think I've already made that clear int he past, though
Also now that I think about it in retrospect I think Tiamut would have been a better name for a female Salamence than Fafnir. I might retcon that in the Wilypocalyse RP considering I retconed the names of Sakura's Lucario from Ginseng to Fenri, her Absol went from Twilight to Yin and Zeta's Skarmory's name got changed from Sephiria to Celty.

Well the huge group presentation is done. It was okay though at the same time we had some problems because we almost went over the time limit that we had due to the fact that we had one guy who had English as a second language and the pessimistic guy I mentioned earlier.
Overall I think this was the worst group assignment I ever had in college, and probably the only one that I had an actual concrete conflict with a few team members. I honestly have to be a bit hard on evaluations since team work is the main point of the entire class and I can apply quite a few concepts we learned in class with our situation.
Especially with one particular guy that I mentioned earlier that was pessimistic because he didn't like the class and is going to most likely going to fail since he missed quite a few days and assignments. It was especially bad since he didn't understand how little time we had to present and he felt that more is more instead of less being more.
I mean I understand that he was stressed out and all, plus the fact that honestly I don't think the class was structured very well but the professor I think needs more experience so honestly I don't really blame the teacher that much, but so was everyone else, especially since we had the guy who was kind of freaking out since he needed time to prepare his part since English is his second language. Plus again for some reason he doesn't show up to class and he didn't really have faith in us actually doing what we were supposed to so he overloaded himself a lot. I mean the poor guy was so stressed out but unfortunately he brought it on himself for multiple reasons.
I really wished that we presented next week so our presentation could have been better and so we could have had a better sense of how fast the time went.

Hell even the large portion of Genesis games we had were missing cases and those things are the size of a goddamn VHS.Even though I don't keep my DS and 3DS games in my cases and instead put them in one of those cartridge envelopes I still keep the cases to display on my book shelf because they looks nice. I do need to do something about the blank Final Fantasy 4 case since I got that used though.

I just spent the last half hour talking to my brother about the weird ass timeline of Castlevania, the story of Megaman X, Final Fantasy games, and for some reason the recent stuff going on in Bleach since he follows it. Admittedly even though I don't like Bleach the recent stuff going on is kind of interesting.
