And yeah, I can understand the resetting the team thing. I just found it funny how he regained one of his original Pokemon, only to dump it back at Oak's place again.

Yeah some Pokemon episodes can be disturbing sometimes, the Team Plasma ones made Corless invention that controls Pokemon in Black and White 2 [tornado fang]ing disturbing, and let's not forget Hunter J and Cyrus are probably dead after the events of Team Galactic.

There was also an episode where Electric type Pokemon and Water type Pokemon were attracted to each other because a scientist wanted to get a Magnemite and Quagsire to become friends.  That was the episode where Piplup and Pikachu had their Bromance despite both being male.  The scientist claimed that it works on Pokemon regardless of gender and Brock theorized that the reason it didn't work on the Quagsire and Magnemite was because they are dual types, but I think it's because Magnemite has no gender and Cryogonal didn't exist yet.

There was also one episode I heard about where Litwicks tried to drag everyone to the Underworld, which is actually kind of accurate considering the Pokedex entries.

College I'm fine with, College dorms are like high school, probably even worse.  Even though I didn't like the majority of the student body in my high school career, and my Spanish Teacher along with a few of my friends at the end of it, I would rather relive that, minus the Spanish Teacher, than the dorms.

At least I was more blissfully unaware of people's personal lives and didn't have to sleep there even though the banshees were just as bad as in highschool.

I wouldn't mind a roommate as long as I know the person well, I just feel better that way and I feel we would compromise better in my opinion. I know it's certainly something you avoid, for good reason, but I think I would feel better that way. The school chose my roommate based on a survey, though honestly I don't think they could have chose a better one considering the banshees on my floor. 

And I was seriously traumatized once when I had to go to the study room when my roomate wanted 'private time' with her boyfriend and some of the girls were spanking each other, in the [tornado fang]ing study room while they were with boys. 

Then there was that one time I came back from the Theater on campus after watching a play of Bram Stoker's Dracula and when I got to my floor and one of the chairs that was between where the girls wing and boys wing were connected was completely destroyed and none of the girls claimed to have noticed.  Seriously freaky and just added to my discomfort living at the dorms.

I just don't know how 5's translation is worse, I certainly understood it better than 4's Dwang.  Then again I understood X6's translation better than I should for some reason.

The main thing was that she slept with her boyfriend almost every night, which made me uncomfortable and she wouldn't take no for an answer, though it was my fault too I was still coming out of PTSD for the [parasitic bomb] my Spanish teacher put me through in high school about my social problems so I was passive aggressive about it and thought it was 'normal' for girls to do that even though I should have been firmer about it.

Other things included watching movies with him past midnight even though I can't really sleep though that noise, occasionally they were kind of noisy in bed while they whisperered sweet nothings to each other, and I over heard a conversation she had with her mom on the phone, while she was in our room no less, about how she doesn't like people who play video games saying it's childish and makes you socially inept despite dating someone who was into video games himself so I imagine that they're going to have a tough time compromising that if they are still together, not to mention she called a bunch of guys who were talking about WoW rude for not holding the door for her or something along the lines of that to support her dislike of people who play video games.

I mean don't get me wrong, she's had to deal a lot with her family since I think her dad has medical problems and over exerts herself forcing her to take care of her family, and I honestly respect her for it, and she has a good head on her shoulders compared to one of her friends who I think was in an abusive relationship, but gosh darn it she should have known better than to do some of those things.  I also think she was a Psychology major too, and that thing you said about psychologists learning psychology to escape their own problems comes to mind. 

I also worry about the fact that she's smoking at such a young age too, and at the beginning of the year she had to go to a gynecologist for something that happened to her, I was really worried about her then.

Hey boyfriend was cool though, I didn't mind him too much and I kind of liked him.

Yeah I'll admit I still haven't finished part 1 of the manga, part 2 and 3 are much more exciting.  I'm still waiting for a better translation of 4, I don't want to read 6-8 until I finish 4.  5 is still my favorite really.

1 is much different than the others since it deals more with the super natural than the crazy ass shonen it is really known for, but it's still pretty awesome.

As a college student I agree with you on that, I'll never forget those Raccoons I saw eating out of a dumpster at my school while finishing a research paper at 1:00 AM at the computer lab while my laptop crashed and I was still living at the dorms.  Probably the highlight of living at the dorms despite how much I hated it. 

I rather deal with my dad than live in a wing full of banshees, I can never connect with girls outside of the anime club and again I connect with boys easier.   That and my roommate was horrible as I said before.
