My grandma used to give me 7up to help me with a cold I don't remember if it works though.  So yeah get something warm to drink, rest and if you have a stuffy nose try to see if you have something to cler your sinuses because a stuffy nose can screw up your sleep  especially if you breath though your nose...does anyone actually breath through their mouth besides my dad?
