Sports, just like following a kind of fiction, or getting addicted to a series or something, is a passion. And seeing these players perform is unbelievably good. It sucks when stuff's unfair, and the whole rage is just part of the experience. There's no sports without rage and friends to share that rage with. It's mostly about getting a bunch of friends, a ton of beers, and watching the game.Yeah that's pretty much it.

Just don't get the "I know I'm better than them even though I didn't make it in!" attitude. No matter how good you are, you're not good ENOUGH. So practice everyday, keep training, and eventually, you'll get there. And never stop improving. Ever. Because there are always ways to improve. Be firm with yourself, not overly tough, but also not overly lenient. If you're told you're not as good as them, you need to practice harder. That's all there is to it.
