« on: October 24, 2010, 07:29:51 AM »No Party City? Most costume stores have enough stuff to make a simple costume. I think. Havent been to many stores outside of Party city since I have one that i can get too in a few minutes by bus.
Well, there IS that one place where they closed the ToysRus that was there. every year they open the place as a Halloween store for costumes and stuff. bought the wig and gloves for the Tenchou costume there.
Actually I think there is a Party city in the town my mom and I usually don't go to but the last time I went there it was kinda hard to find a costume. Not to mention expensive. Plus you know how slutty teenager costumes can be.

I'm going to try to cosplay as Rita Mordio, it seems easy enough.
My brother is even going to try to dress up for Halloween this year and he hasn't done that since...I honestly don't remember though it'll probably be Indianna Jones since he doesn't want to spend money, he is in college after all. Though if it weren't annoying to wear that broken belt on his head and not so embarassing to wear tighty whities on the outside of his pants he could of gone as Quailman like he did this summer...you know I think that's the most creative idea he's ever had...ever.

I'm going to get some items for my costume tomorrow, my costume is pretty easy even those it's a cosplay but I need some fingerless red gloves and decent goggles, or I'll have to resort to getting swim goggles. Weather is also a issue since I have no idea how hot or cold it'll be, though usually it's cold, in which case I'm worried about my legs.

Also it seems, to me, a bit smaller than the Barns and Noble since the coffee shop and cash register place seems to take up a 3rd of the store. The Barnes and Noble is in the mall and is definitly a bit smaller than the other but I don't think it's a outlet either.

(I can often find things there that at BN are only online)The only problem is that the Borders is right next to the Barnes and Noble and sometimes they have even less. In fact I couldn't even find even the first volume of the manga there.

@Sakura: Well, considerig Ariga's stuff is doing well, there is the possibility that we might actually get them. Matt DID say if Ariga's mangas did well they would consider it. (mainly issues concerning price, since they would use the big rerelease volumes, and as he put it, Iwamoto's style is quote- "old school")
