Plus as I said before if it's a game I've played before sometimes I prefer silence since I've heard most of the BGMs a lot. Besides even if I did use headphones it's hard to do in my school since people talk so loud.

Huh I guess I never really noticed because when I play games that I play constantly like Disgaea or Pokemon or on an overworld in an RPG I have it on silent especially in public in respect to the people next to me. I honestly had no idea volume affected the battery that much.
My brother however apparently doesn't really do that, like when he was playing a Wii game and I was playing my DS at the same time he asked me why I don't play my games with the volume up and when I told him that it was okay around him. Then just last week he was watching You Tube videos on my dad's laptop while I was watching TV without headphones...yeah that was so annoying since I could barely hear the TV and didn't want to wake up my dad.

What we really should worry about is if that's 3 hours for everything at max and 5 for the lowest settings, or if that's 3-5 hours for the max setting with lower settings getting even longer battery life.What do you mean by at full everything? You mean like at the highest backlight setting and volume?

Yeah I guess you're right, the DSi XL only added about 2-3 more hours to the battery but when the battery power is low it gets a glitch where you can't turn it off so maybe it would be a better idea. Besides I do have the money for it now anyway.

I think what you need to do is give the Pantheon a little longer neck but when I look at the original sprite compared to this one they both look akward so I don't know.

You know I've read this story and I think it has some potetial but there are somethings that really lowers this story's worth.
First is the hundreds of grammer mistakes that litter your work, you need to make sure you actually go through your work and proofread it and not rely on Microsoft Word's spellcheck because it's just a program that checks for the spelling of words and not the meaning of the words in context if not I'd recommend a beta reader or a friend to help you with that because it makes it annoying for the reader to see a lot of those.
Second is one that one of your reviewers said that I think you fixed it's the Person A said then Person B said then Person C said and Person A said stuff, make sure you don't seem repetative when it come to that and I don't just mean the the adjectives after that but sometimes some of the character's dialouge seems a bit out of place, like you just threw it in there. Make sure you balance that with action because people will get bored fast if there is not enough action and the lines are bland.
Third is the most important of them all that I really had a problem with, you paced it way too fast when you combined the missions but at the same time if you didn't the chapters would of been too short. What you need to do is have longer fight scenes and be more descripted of the places that Axl is in. Another thing is that Axl is not invincible there's no way that he can take one an entire army of Mechaniloids, Anubis Necromancess III, and Fefnir all in one sitting he'd be way too tired and exhausted and the guy he was supposed to rescue would be dead same thing with fighting Blizzack and then Leviathan strait away. Granted he is supposed to do the boss rush thing at the end but the point is you can't combine the missions because Axl would not make through half of them he needs rest. It's okay to put a filler in once in the while to give the reader a bit of variety too.
The point is that I like your story but you need to improve some things and spice it up a bit.

Zero seems a little scrunched up and looks more like the Model ZX megaman and he might be a bit too bright. Something looks wrong with the Pantheon head but Ciel and the Resistance Solider looks perfect.
