Honestly while I find Ladd can be very offensive sometimes, he does think in a very different way and I do respect that. People can be overly sensitive and while he can take things to the extreme he does have something of a point. The other times I can ignore it just fine.
The only thing I do have to say for Ladd is that his Grammar Nazi tendencies kind of undermine his point of people being too overly sensitive because of the argument of people calling Pokemon, Pokeymon, instinctively makes them stupid or retarded to him and therefore he is overly sensitive to common mistakes. I mean I can be a Grammar Nazi as well but I try not to get on people on it except for my mom, but only because she's half deaf and English is not her first Language. She really only has trouble with her J's since J are Ja or "Ha" in Spanish. Though I do question why my friend pronounces Gemini as "Gemmenai".

I'll take your Lunar and raise you a Chaos Wars, Megaman ZX Aile, and Arc Rise Fantasia especially Adele's southern accent and frigging NIKO, and these are all modern games. That's why I say that Megaman X4 is not as bad as those.
But I do think that Medievil has some decent voice acting.
EDIT: Oh and Persona 2 Eternal Punishment's Tatsuya, so narmy.

X wasn't nearly as whiny back then though, in fact I love the voice acting for how hilariously bad it was Colonel especially. The only decent voice acting was Sigma and maybe Dr. Wily though the Wily in Megaman 8 was better.
Honestly I can think of many other games with worse voice acting modern or otherwise, but for the time the voice acting was good.

I suggest you get Black or White and play it all the way through not only because Gen 5 is much more story driven but you will miss out on some cool post game stuff if you don't such as catching all of N's Pokemon in the first game and battling Bianca and Cheren.

The one on the far right looks very good and I think you got the proportions on the far left right. The woman is very muscular though her head looks very tiny and the shoulders looks too broad from what I see. For all 3 of them however I think you need to define your noses a little better though I don't know how exactly with that style.
Keep in mind though I'm not a artist, so I might not see things others would see but to me they look very nice.
