Sakura said as she continued to pet Mewtwo.  A little known fact about Sakura was that she felt that Jolteons are overrated and she was tired of people regarding them as the preferred Eeveelution out of the seven.  She certainly doesn't hate them, but she wondered if all the Eevees that evolved into Jolteons wanted to evolve into Jolteons.
