Janine was finished talking to the Police Officers asking them not to pursuer that Trainer when she suddenly saw a mob of people charging. She ran in front of the mob and stayed still.

"HALT!" Janine cried and the crowd did as they were told "Where are you people going in such fury?"

"I see, that's very unfortunate." Sakura sighed "Anyway that Pokemon is under League protection, not just on my authority but on the authority of the Vermillion Gym Leader and 2 Elite 4 members.  He's been through a week from hell already and, as you know, his health has taken a serious hit because of it.  

He needs to rest for a few days and we can't move him right now, I already put a Zoroark in the room so if anyone wanders in they won't recognize the Pokemon or the Trainer.  I have some business I need to take of in Cerulean and can't stay here to help those two, so I need you to not tell media or any Trainer what room they're in or else chaos will ensue. Can you do that?"

"Thanks, at least someone is thinking rationally." Sakura said grateful "Quickie why don't you catch her up to speed and I'll talk to Nurse Joy.  I'll have to head out to Cerulean later so any help is appreciated."

"Are you sure we can trust her?" Xuangzang asked mentally.

"Yeah." Sakura responded mentally "Her aura isn't Black or anything yucky, she's good."

"Very well." Xuangzang replied "Let us make haste."

Sakura nodded to Xuangzang and ran to talk to Nurse Joy.

"Some shifty looking guy who was saying that Mewtwo was dangerous.  I tried to tell him a Steelix was responsible for that hole, even though it's not true there are Steelix tracks there so it's believable, but he tried to convince me, Professor Birch's daughter even, that a [tornado fang]ing Disable could control a Steelix and make that hole and quake before Mewtwo used that Disable on you.  

Seriously a major dumbass, but it seems he may have convinced some people judging by the News saying Mewtwo was responsible for the hole on Route 14." Sakura grumbled.  "When people are pissed they'll believe anything."

"Wouldn't Rush suffice?" Xuangzang asked.

"Rush is probably too busy babysitting Sapph to stay with Mewtwo 24/7, besides that girl could use some more Pokemon with all this crazy [parasitic bomb]." Sakura sighed.

"That would be wise." Janine approached her "I get the feeling that if something isn't done a riot will break out for Mewtwo's blood."

"Can you try to quell it, I don't like the sound of this, I don't think this is just coincidence." Sakura said worried.

"I will, I can't let panic settle in." Janine nodded.

"Thanks." Sakura said as she went to the PC to get her Zoroark.

I don't doubt that, but it's just really bad that I tried 2 different Starters and hated both and the one I didn't try is a sucky Grass Type that doesn't have the typical Status inflicting goodness or are complete monsters like Torterra or Sceptile when he was introduced in Gen 3.

I love Pokemon.
I just... can't bring myself to play them anymore.
I really can't.

They bore, annoy me and all that jazz.
And I used to love playing them... then again, it was long time ago, and I played like a complete retard. But still.

something in me broke, it just did.

Yeah I can understand that, I mean gen 4 was so [tornado fang]ing dull until HGSS and even in Gen 5 I can't bring myself to play the after game, especially in Pokemon White 2 with how [tornado fang]ing hard the Champion was, I lost to her like 3 times and my Pokemon were not that under leveled.  The only reason I won that battle was because I gave my Arcanine a Dragon Gem to one shot her First Pokemon, and let me tell you her 1st and last Pokemon are [tornado fang]ing ridiculous!

I even I had to replace my Starter close to the end of the game because she wasn't [tornado fang]ing useful, there were other Pokemon on my team that can do her jobs and do them much better.  The starters in Gen 5 in particular are probably the worst starters in Pokemon because of how useless they really are.

Yeah I can understand that, especially since if I remember correctly you don't really like Pokemon anyway.
