So much for being subtle and not naming names.

Dat X visor.

Could have been neat. I've always thought that a Metroid Prime-esque approach to Mega Man would be awesome. Looks like someone in Capcom thought the same.

EDIT: watching the rest of the videos, this definitely could have been lots of fun. The music sounds great too.

And again, DAT X VISOR. I can't get over the X visor. I think it looks all kinds of neat. the "finisher" move involving ramming into the enemy and unloading into them or ripping their roboguts out definitely looked cool. The idea of a Human cop sidekick with the idea being that at times the Robot would seem the more human of the two, sounds like it could have been real nice.

Zero killing Power Hungry X? Hmm. Now that sounds mighty familiar... Who knows how their trilogy would have worked out storywise though.

Still, a shame this never happened.

Gritty though? doesn't seem that gritty to me. Still looks pretty vibrant. I mean come on, you've got a guy in a bright blue suit of armor with a glowing red X on his face.

the idea of the gun forming around his hand from his arm seems like a nice mix of classic arm cannon and post-Zero series gun busters

With that example and being familiar with Beat Hazard, then I might try it out. Thanks.

That reminds me, I need to get back to playing Skyrim on my Xbox someday, although BioShock and El Shaddai's surrealism has gotten my hands full.
Im playing the PC version.

It's fun to be able to mod it.

Plus I just find aiming with the mouse to feel more natural to me.

I have only one Mega Armor, which is Return iX. If by some miracle I can get a D-Arts of that, then... Yeah, let's not be so optimistic

And back to SHF's, here's a larger version of the promo image for posterity:

Who knows, maybe I'll look into these when I'm finally finished with those godforsaken Keys.
Always wanted the Return X Kit...

I had the Jazzwares Blade Armor kit. That [parasitic bomb] was the worst quality ever. Broke almost immediately

We really didn't need ANOTHER Roll when we just got the Model kit Roll. I would say we didn't need Rock either, but IMO the Kit one wasn't to my liking, and I suppose they felt it would be a faux pas to go straight to Bass and ignoring Mega Man himself. Same for Z series Zero. Iris would have been nice though.

I'm fine with Ultimate X. The Old Bandai Kits, and the Saturn X4 kit have always been really rare and hard to get. Well, Most of the Old Bandai X kits are rare nowadays. X1 Armor was fine, Bandai never made a figure of that one, (skipped right to X3 actually, didn't they?)

I've been waiting ages for something like this.

As for Sigma, I guess we'll have to see how he turns out. I'm sure he'll look just fine.

This. Riot Games April Fool's joke game. They took it down, but it's been mirrored, and theres even a downloadable version here (game and minigame seperate though)

Takes forever to fully load, but it's amusing. Of Particular note is the Astro Teemo minigame.

He's pretty much the only semi-regular contributor to (grammatically correct) English Touhou songs.
That's a shame. Well at least he's good.

I think- We need more English Touhou remixes. It's so rare.

Its going to be Zero.

This is damn obvious.

Roll's art is apparently from the koto model, Ultimate Armor X is just stock art, and Iris, well we all know what happens to "Side-Characters", saying that even if she DID get a release, it would be Bluefin/Tamashii Web Exclusive.
Yes, yes, he has actual figure concept art. Doesnt mean it's him. He could be the April Fool Joke.  X is just as likely, considering they started doing armors with the X1 armor. (would probably be easiest for them to make another X- they can just modify his existing molds)

So this.
http://www.rockman-corner.com/2013/03/one-of-these-d-arts-proposals-is-not.html

My bet would be Zero or X, although Iris would certainly be welcome.

Personally, I'd just prefer all of them.

Real life Disney references

Fun fact: Bela Lugosi was ALMOST used as the reference for Chernabog, the devil in that one Fantasia part. They actually filmed footage of him as reference, but the animator felt he wasnt right for the character, so he shot footage of a fellow animator doing it instead.
