Description: Ok, here we go. *clears throat*
Flame's friend Nienna Wolfenheart Would often hold fancy parties at her and Lilwolf Wolfenheart 's forest tavern home. But Flame did not really believe in "dressing up". So he would very often just go with his full armor on, and argue about military formality and such and such, meaning such and such, and that it meant he could wear his armor as dress attire. Nienna didnt really take too kindly to it either way though, and she would very often bite Flame's head off (literally.) over the matter. She dictated fancy, and she would have it no other way.
So, begrudgingly, Flame allowed himself to be dragged away by his girlfriend Nemiko to find him something nice. (Aka, she was choosing.) This was the end result. Flame wasn't too keen on it, but seeing as it would make BOTH females happy, (and keep the one from chewing on his noggin) he decided to go along with it. Nienna was pleased with it, and stopped the nom-nom-noming. (and let him actually ENTER the place.)
In any case, While Flame does not like dressing up much, (If he can get away with his armor, he will-) if he HAS to, he usually wears this, (much to Nemiko's delight) and with time, its sort of grown on him, so he does not mind it much anymore.

So yeah. This is actually, technically- a redux on THIS "Formal Flame" [link] However, that was Ver 0.1 Flame, and this is Ver 2.0 Flame. And with a new Flame, comes a new Formal Flame!!
PS: Get the obvious influence and get 2 cookies.

"Time for FAUST to become big brother FAUST!"
Flame walked to the operator room, much to the surprise of the operators.
"Sir! what are you doing here?"
Flame plopped down in one of the operator console chairs and placed the visual display helmet on his head. He unplugged two of the back wires and plugged them directly into ports at the base of his neck.
"I want all of you direct ALL the camera feeds to me, and I want two of you to regulate the flow, understood?"
"But sir... That much information..."
"Just do it! I'll be fine!"
Flame's eyes and mind were instantly flooded with camera images from every single satellite and camera on RPM.
(My brain is tired. Ill do more tomorrow...)

ShTHH also had the 4kids voices, the premise of emo shadow with guns, aaaand aliens. I think it was mostly though, the 4kids VAs and the idea of weapons that soured it.
But then again, a better example is reviewers who gave the 360/PS3 Unleashed a low score, and then went and gave the Wii/PS2 version a higher score.

"I wont be safe in here much longer. i should probably head to FAUST and spy from there. He checked a pop up holo screen on his arm and cursed. All frequencies of teleportation were being blocked within the WDS.
Flame went to his window and looked out. It was long drop to the ground. If he just jumped he would make too much noise upon impact and alert Wily.
"... Hmm."
Flame tidied his room as if he had never been there, and locked his door. He then stood on the windowsill, and used his grapple hook to get onto the roof of the station. From up there, he took a running start, and kicked off the edge, propelling himself as far as he could, so that he could escape the WDS' teleportation block, and then, teleported up to FAUST.
