 Flame and Dan continued past the enemies on the top floor of the castle, a sense of desperation hanging in the air. Until they finally reached the long straight staircase to the throne room. There was gigantic suit of heavy armor holding a large sword down against the floor. when Dan and Flame approached, it rumbled, and moved aside to allow them to pass, getting back into place once they did so.

They ran all the way up, weapons in hand, ready for what ever they might find upon their entrance. The moon was visible from the open windows on either side of the staircase. It was a lunar eclipse. The moon was bright red. BLOOD red. and the sky beneath them was turbuilent with clouds. they could not see past 3 floors down.

"You ready Dan?"

"Ready, Flame"

yes, I think Hyper agrees with this sentiment.
I know I do. the idea of doing this [parasitic bomb] just because popular culture defines games valuable enough to put on discs as needing to be full next gen particle effects OMG looooong OMG Deeeeep or an FPS or pretty much all the stuff you see in most "next gen disc games" nowadays- is retarded.

back in my day, 2D games came on discs/cartridges/whatever
And we LOVED it.

By the way guys, Me and my friend are currently looking for Spriters who would be willing to participate in making a game with us. Were currently working on the story, setting, characters and such, and My friend will be the one programming the game, (although more programmers would never hurt)

but what we REALLY need right now are spriters. So if you or anyone wants to help, give me a shout.

However, as Mary gloated, Flame pressed the button on his belt that caused his suit to electrify and she was launched away from them.

"Sorry, but much like you are not quite like most Vampires, I'm afraid you'll find I'm not quite like most Humans."

As he got up, it was visible that he was not affected in the least by her bite.

"Weeell, its a good thing we brought along special stuff that we found around the castle. You silly Vampires and your habit of leaving weapons dangerous to yourselves lying around..."

He pulled out a spellbook, and a cross in his other hand. he slammed them together-

"ITEM CRASH! GRAND CROSS!"

He began to draw energy particles towards himself, and other things as well. The windows nearby shattered inwards, and other items were lying towards the vaccum effect caused by Flame's attack. Then, once he gathered the energy, he unleashed a huge blue energy cross, which incinerated anything it directly touched and radieted pure holy energy

(if you guys dont mind, I think it would be more dramatic if we reached the throne room just as Afro falls, and then he takes us out)
