To be fair, Osama and his crew were praising when WE died in attacks. So we can call it even now.

Also, doesnt really mean much in the grand scheme of terror, but lets think of it this way.
10 years, just to find THIS guy. Was about time we found him, no?

They wouldnt confirm it on national TV if it wasnt him. they would have just announced on the news that a body double was killed.

They HAVE his body.

It coincided with a message board I used to frequent getting closed down.

We should all post things that coincide with osama's death and capture.

BTW, but is it just me, or is it extremely amusing how this happens shortly after former pope John Paul ll was beatificated?

I find the coincidence to be amusing.

(how 'bout this.)

Flame went down to a knee. His armor cracked and battle damaged, his hair messy and losing it's form. all parties involved had been fighting quite a while. Dan was opposite Flame, also catching his breath, his curse having turned him from machine to flesh, thus making him susceptible to fatigue.

Flame got back up and brandished his large sword with both hands, and closed his eyes, concentrating. as he did so, energy began gathering around the blade of the weapon, producing a slight humming sound.

"Grrr... I grow weary of you bothersome two... Heroes. Now, it is time for thou to meet thy maker! HYAAAAA"

Death charged at Flame, taking advantage of his seeming distraction.

Flame did not move.

"Flame!"

Flame opened his eyes and quickly perfect guarded Death's attack with a lout slow motion *CLANG*

"HHHNG! DAMN HUNTER! DIE ALREADY!" Death swung his other arm at Flame, knocking him backwards a few feet. Flame somersaulted in the air and landed on his feet, large sword raised, the blue gem on it's side glowing a bright white, the energy aura around the blade about to burst.

"Thanks for lending me some charge... This thing charge slowly... But by perfect guarding, the sheer force passed into the sword charges it further, allowing me to..."

And with that, he swung the sword downwards with a large WHOOOSH, sending a blue fireball hurtling at Death.

(Im thinking we should finish Death off when they get here and then move on with Dracula, after all, this battle HAS gone on quite a while.)

Yeah. Massimo vs Silverhorn.

He was a real fun fight in CM. (then he got all liquid coated and annoying)

Well, you also have experience in the triple A industry, so if you want to go indie, you already have experience with the big players to know how certain things work/should work/etc etc.

Not everyone does.

Portal. I had never actually played it, and watching some gameplay of 2 made me decide to try it. Easy game. I only got stuck once. (level 18, the room with the cube you need.)

I will probably get Portal 2 eventually.

right now ive got like, 2 other things ahead of it on my list of [parasitic bomb] to spend money on. 1 being preordering those X and Zero D-Arts figures, and 2, upgrading my laptop from Vista to 7, ever since that instance with it dying on me. (fixed it btw.)

I'm not sure who in their right mind considers Mattrex more "palatable" than Burn Dinorex.

Dont know about palatable, but it was worth it if only for-

MMX5 English localizer Alyson Court, perhaps best known for her role as Resident Evil's Claire Redfield and star of The Big Comfy Couch, spent some time this evening reminiscing on her work on Mega Man X5 via Twitter, subsequently revealing the history behind the game's infamous localization:

"Apparently the localization (text editing) I did for a Capcom game is *famous*. Er, make that infamous. Who knew?"
My then husband was responsible 4 text localization. He asked me 2 do it &, since he was a GnR fan, I changed the names 2b GnR references. I didn't know the game nor did I know how mad fans wld be that Id changed the characters' names. But yrs later ppl now like it!"
"My ex-husband had his own company, GenAzea, which did localization for many Capcom games. I did a lot of that work."
"At first my hubby laughed & liked it [the GnR names]. Then when fans started complaining he got mad at me. I meant well."
credit protodude

I was expecting something a bit better than that, but hey, its cool to know either way. It almost serves as a "rub in" to the GnR song X3 ripped off.

That said, I LOVED Big Comfy couch when I was younger. Who would have thought that girl would be involved in X5's localization. Or at least, related to the guy that was. Damn, its a small world.

Sooo... All this Barret stuff and having to build the rocket is only for the prequel/prototype, while the rest picks up from the rocket either being 10% or with Rock on Elysium? Does Barret have any bearing or relevance to the main story at all? I really wonder.

Big Bad Toys is pre-ordering FOR the English release.

I'm going to try and pre-order these ASAP.
But having no Credit Card limits me a fair bit.
