Shadow the HH was bad. But you know what? I still have fun playing it.
I liked Silver's game. picking random crap up like the apples in barrels was real fun. Plus it felt satisfying to catch enemy bullets and missiles and throw them back at them. or just pick up the enemies and crush them.

One Wily was the one who created Zero, the robot perfect that was even more powerful than Bass and King. Even more powerful than Megaman... Some say that Zero destroid the classic robots, other say that he never woke up till Sigma find him. Some say that he strugle one last battle against the robots in a final challenge, before be turned off. Capcom don't say what happened in the end of Megaman Classic, so anything is possible.
Inafune already debunked the cataclysm a while ago before he left.
