Anyone play this game? Its based on the WoW Defense of the Ancients map for Warcraft 3, but it is it's own game., made by a comp. called Riot Games.

You fight in teams where you control a character yadda yadda, and try to destroy their nexus, a giant floaty crystal in the center of their base that spawns minions. It is guarded by turrets, and "inhibitors" which prevent the enemy nexus from making super minions. You have to destroy at least one inhibitor to damage the turrets right next to the nexus, and they respawn after a while.

Destroy the nexus, and the game ends.

You have a bunch of characters to choose from, although if you play free, you are confined to whatever characters are available for free that week. Otherwise, you can either buy Riot points, which you need much less of to unlock characters, or earn IP points through battles, saving up until you have enough to unlock the character, but it takes much longer, and much more points.

during the course of the game you try and kill as many of the enemy characters as you can, which can level you up quickly, and asist teammates and minions in destroying their [parasitic bomb].

Its a fun game.

Im still *sort of* new, (I started a while back, but stopped playing for a few months, and came back to a broken client which I had to reinstall) and have much to learn in terms of building my characters. (I sort of suck at it)

Thats another thing. you buy items to power yourself up with gold you get from killing minions or basically killing anything.

Anyone who plays and cares to add me, I go by KGMorder.

Riot also enjoys including nods to memes, pop culture and other videogames and such in their game.

so, anyone play?

It makes perfect sense. We already know that the Modern half will play like Colors. And everyone is fine with that. If we want to play Modern sonic we will just go play colors while we wait. Nothing new.

CLASSIC is the defining point here, and all the fans care about knowing right now. Especially after The terrible Sonic 4. (with it's horrible physics). It supposedly has physics almost identical to the genesis games, and will play just like them. (no homing attack involved). THAT is the juicy part people want to experience.

Heroes, and Shadow did it last-

And Colors does it too technically. Once you unlock all the Sonic sim stages, you get the emeralds when you beat each of the areas.

Only that Colors was the first one since S3&K to give you Playable Supersonic in regular stages. in SA1-Shadow they were all story related. in 06 they were too, but the obtaining them there was all over the place. I dont think anyone obtains ALL the emeralds until the last story. And in unleashed he already has all of them, just inactive. ([parasitic bomb] was bull, if he could reactivate them in SA1, he can there too)

I liked the jingle. But it was a bit repetitive. Still nice though

I remember watching this thing once where Amish teens would go out at night and party and [parasitic bomb]. They had normal clothes and stuff, cell phones, the works. And their parents didnt know about it.

From day one, I disliked the new uniforms and how they were CG with those veiny lines on them.

From the trailers, i noticed Hal Jordan seemed a bit too.. How do i say it, happy go lucky than normal. From what i know, Hal is always SRS BSNSS. its Kyle and Gardner who are always the cheerful ones. The casting of Ryan Renolds... mmeeeeeeh. He can pass as Jordan, but hes still... off.

LoL, I'm gonna have to rant about this, aren't I...

Dawn of Sorrow's art style was really shitty.

As was it's cover.

So I fixed that.

I liked the parts of the manga BEFORE the card game came into play.

In fact, im convinced without the childrens card game, there might have been much more variety.

I remember I was pleased that they adapted the tabletop RPG episode with Bakura to the card game, but the original with the rpg story was far better. I mean come on. The maniac impales his own hand. (plus lol Zorc)

side note: it saddens me Dungeon Dice Monsters never caught on. It seemed really really fun.

I like the touch of adding that Castlevania cross logo in there. it works surprisingly well on white.

Yuugiou, not Yu-gi-oh! Sheesh you damned 4-kids dub watchers.
Lol the manga calls it Yu-gi-oh! too.

I dig the Rock/Roll and shoujo style.

And lol'd at the Yugioh style.

I'm still waiting for my Superman movie starring Braniac as the villain and not reusing the same villains over and over.

*throws him in water*

I played it recently and while it certainly FEELS different than genesis Sonic, it is still real good, and its score is even better.

Also, Stardust Speedway would fit PERFECTLY with modern sonic. It is, as the stage name implies- all about speed!

Maybe DC will get it together some time. Movie bob reviewed GL btw. He hated it. Like, fan rage hated it. He brought up a good point though. Just start making them all the same universe like how Marvel is doing.

Why is it Marvel seems to be getting it right with their movies, and DC just cant get it to work? Batman seems to be all they are getting right, and even then its a drastic re-interpretation.

So am I. I'm hoping the list is wrong. The Metal Sonic race along Stardust Speedway is easily one of the most iconic moments in Sonic's history, period.

Where exactly did this list come from? Cant trust EVERYTHING you find.

Although that would be typical of Sega. Make up for years of Sonic abuse in one way, and then screw it up in another way.

For SA1 I would actually choose more along the lines of the beach stage, if only because running from the Orca is pretty iconic.

Also, you guys think Super Sonic will be playable? I'd LOVE to be able to play as classic Supersonic.

I like how the capsules have the same color as the corresponding armor.
And finally Dr. Cain is back. Its nice to have him make the armors insted of Light.
It covers up a great plothole that was slowly bilding up in the X games.
I mean it was getting a little bit unrealistic how Light was able to finish like 30+ diffrent sets of armors for his finall creation, wasnt it?
I thought it was obvious that he makes them as he goes along?

BTW where DID that "NSFW" Aile come from? The art style seems familiar somehow.
