"alright smart guy, if this is your Wily, then who's THIS?"
and with that, he begins to type into the computer terminal behind him, bringing up a video camera view of the Abandoned Wily star from Faust, showing the Skulker parked right at airlock. He then told the computer to switch to a live video feed from inside the WS showing RS wily's robot masters patroling the area, and destroying whatever security forces tried to stop them. and then to Wily, clearl different looking than Wily ll, at a computer terminal typing away like the madman he is.
"Tell me, isnt that who you're looking for?"
"Now, make sure this gets into your thick skull, THIS here, is Dr. Albert W. Wily ll notice the big roman numeral 2 at the end? he is THIS world's Wily. and the main scientific brain in this city."
he stares at Mega, frustrated, waiting for him to respond.

Flame sits Wily down on a chair, Wily regaining consciousness, looking very dizzy.
"Um excuse me, but you really do have the wrong Wily. This here is OUR Wily. your Wily is currently in space trying to inhabit an abandoned space station. And before you start, I am Flame, and Im the guy in charge of this city's security. It astounds me that you havn't noticed your 'not in kansas anymore.' ad that there MIGHT be more than one wily."
He then adds,
"You DO know the repercussions bringing the wrong Wily back to your time could have, right? Im talking a re-write in time space. Trust me, we know from experience."
*shudders as he remembers the catgirl incident and what it almost did*

Flame notices Wily's desperation with 15 thousand things happening at once and suggests,
"hey... Wily, Why dont you get Wily Ma- er- Wily Fighter to work on the Vaccine, and you can attend to other Matters?"
He then contacts Faust.
"Alright, here are Dr. Wily ll's suggested move. Have a unit board a ship an patrol the Wily Star...
*kssh* "sir, should we infiltrate?"
"no, not yet, Not yet. first send a unit or two to patrol the outside perimiter of the Star, and only infiltrate on my orders."
"yes sir.

Flame, who had woken up already and was wandering around, having heard Wily's conversation with Afro Shroom, suddenly gets a message on his communicator.
"Sir, this is Faust surveillance sector 12, RPM space security division. There seems to be an unknown aircraft leaving RPM, and judging its direction and thrust, it seems to be headed to the old Wily Star... W cannot seem to contact the pilot, but the ship's energy signature, it is definitely not an RPM craft. we are setting the turrets to standby. Further orders?"
Flame thought over the situation... It couldnt be Wily ll, for not only was he still in his lab, but his Wily ll engine's energy signature was registered in Faust's database... in fact, all RPM vehicles used some variation of either the Wily ll engine or the Vixy system... therefore, they were automatically registered, and otherwise, they could stll tell who it was.

"Do not open fire untill I say. keep me posted..."
So he went to where Wily was, to tell him of this situation.
