Flame was walking around in his office, trying to sort out all the things that had happened since the morning. It was giving him a headache. And he then had to deal with a sentient cage creature who was not only easily offended, but easily frightened.
'...Maybe I should try to reason with it... When I think about it, All I want to do is talk with Afro on his past. If the cage needs him beyond that, I think we can let it....'
Flame went over to his desk and sat down, pulling up a screen from a drawer, and pushing some buttons. He spoke into a mic on the corner of his desk, broadcasting throughout the station.
*sigh* "Listen, cage creature, whatever you are called,... Please descend at once from the ventilation system. I would like to have a talk with you, if you promise not to try and escape by such means as before. I give you my word you will not be mistreated. I will have two soldiers standing by at the teleporter room you escaped from. they will be armed, but they shall not harm you. IF you descend, they will contact me and then escort you to a conference room where we may have a civil discussion."

He didnt want to really hurt the Creature unless necessary, and he didnt want to bust a vein. And he was sure the creature didnt really want to cause harm either.

Been working on this thing.
I turned Burstman's stage into Wily ll's lab, ( a portion of it I would guess.)
and... I think I just made burst man more rageful... because now Burst man doesnt change facial expressions... *cue song*
Updated Flame with his new design, including changing his buster to the concealed wrist shotgun that pops out from his forearm.
also added a gold "W" on the Supreme Commander Joe shields. after all, they were made by Wily ll.

What used to be DWII's shop of sorts has been reduced to an experimentation site for various stuff when business failed. A freak experiment with a prototype Photoshop upgrade caused a huge explosion, creating a large crater, and led to the jpeg artification of the whole parlour, and was thus abandoned. Nobody dares to go near the crater, or the ruins, for fear of being convert to .jpeg format.this still gets me every time.

Flame was quickly patrolling the main areas of interest. The mechanics were hard at work disabling the spacecrafts. The ventilation system was running quite powerfully, as there was a breeze running through the hallways. Flame then walked to the bridge and took the private elevator to his office. the only room on the top floor of the station. He walked past the secretary desk, and entered the actual room. He plopped down in the chair behind his desk, and swiveled around to look at the monitors that had replaced the shuttered blast shielded large window. He sighed.
Flame's office floor was another place exempt from the ventilation system. He had his own personal ventilation system, not accessible from the regular one. He was well protected from the creature.
