Flame sat in the cafeteria of Wily's WDS, Sipping Orange Fanta with Wily, while they just chillaxed.
Flame looked out a random window up at the sky. The red glow from the Giga canon on FAUST visible as a tiny little dot in the sky, as it always was. He couldn't wait to go back there and see how things were. He had gotten a message from the central computer, Noting that there were several discrepancies in the Atomic clock readings. Flame thought to himself, mostly because of Dragon Sky's Deus Ex Machina restoring all things to how they were before Roa began his schemes, but the time itself did not change, causing an incomprehensible error in time. Most of the clocks in RPM were malfunctioning as a result. Wily could look at those later. For now he'd enjoy some peace and quiet.

*CRUNCH!*
Bolt simply popped a bolt from his pocket into his mouth and smiled from behind his dark glasses.
"Alright Bolt. If its you...."
he roared again, and then in a mighty swoop, Lunged at Roa, swallowing him whole, to the other dimension that is his stomach, where Roa will either remain for eternity, or slowly be digested by the constant flow of eroded Akashic data, which would carry his dissolved soul across time and space until it dissolved completely. (hint hint!)
Dragon Sky then descended and became smaller, to where he was able to stand on the outcrop of rock where Bolt appeared from.
He looked down and picked up Flame's severed Head.
"Hmmm. This one put up quite the honorable fight for his home and cause... Just about the only person who was able to hold his own against Roa... a feat worthy of the halls of the mighty."
"Don't you think it's best the other way...?"
Dragon Sky looked over at Bolt.
"What makes you think so?"
"I was hired... By that man. If he is dead, I cant get paid!"
Dragon sky closed his eyes and chuckled.
"You are the same as ever Bolt... Very well. I suppose you're right..." He said, as he dropped the head and rose back into the sky, regaining his massive size.
"I will undo all damage that man has caused..."
He pointed his head upwards, and began to charge up a white bubble of energy from his mouth.
the then pointed it at the ground, and shot what seemed like sonic waves. White bubbles appeared everywhere, consuming everything, until there was a great flash, and everything went white.

Flame Blinked twice, there was a bright light everywhere... He fully opened his eyes, and realized he was lying on his back on grass. It was a perfect sunny day, explaining the brightness. He heard someone calling his name. He slowly sat up, and saw that Wily was knelt down at his side.
"Flame, are you alright...? You weren't waking up."
"Wha... where..."
he looked around and saw Grass everywhere. He looked back, and saw Wily's WDS, which was rare, considering how Wily never really bothered to take care of the vegetation around it, and the grass was all lush.
He turned back around and saw Bolt looking out towards the water from the cliff overseeing the ocean. (remember that the WDS is near the water on the map)
"Eh? You are Bolt! The Explorer I hired back when I first encountered Roa..."
Bolt smiled and said nothing. He walked over to Flame and stuck out his hand, from which he reproduced Flame's sword, right down to detail, and handed it to him.
Flame smirked.
"I assume you wish to be paid then. Go to the RPM Bank, and tell them I sent you... they know I hired you and are under orders to give you the payment."
*CRUNCH!*
He said nothing but walked off, munching on bolts, his hand in his coat pockets.
"Truly amazing..." Wily said, examining the device that Bolt had recreated to power the Yashichis, which had been left behind from the confrontation between Bolt and Roa. It was covered in vines and plants from the ground. Such technology never existed before.
"No... Just Bolt. Bolt Crank..." said Bolt from his position a few feet away.
(And because I dont want to make the post too long, anyone who had direct involvement with Roa and the whole situation, still have somewhat clear memories of the event. anyone else, who was just a "victim" so to speak, like Vixy, did not. (which in her case, is probably for the better. Vixy is also back in command as Mistress. of RPM)

The Dragon Sky looked at Roa in disgust.
"Hmph! Defeating you is a mere trifle. Or do you forget who I am?"
And the ground right below Roa's feet suddenly brst with grass and plants and flowers, and vines wrapped around Roa, leaving only his head, forming a sort of cocoon around him.
Roa was confident in his ability, so he tried to simply break his bonds.
but... To no avail? He tried to meld into the ground and reaper outside of the cocoon, but he could not either...
"Heavenly body!?" Dragon Sky roared, "You are nothing more than a deluded fool who thinks he has obtained true power simply through fusing with a big ball of rock in space! The only heavenly body in this universe... IS ME!"
and the ground shook Violently as he said that, and blobs of energy rose from it.
"You may be able to control the minds of mortals, but you can never subdue the planet itself! you are nothing but a parasite to it. a disease that will be cleansed! Feel the planets wrath!"
the globs took a vague humanoid form, and walked over to Roa ever so slowly, conjoining as they bunched up around and over him. Suddenly, Roa was uprooted from the ground, in a big ball of dirt and rock and mud. It imploded upon itself, dropping Roa, all broken and battered from the ball collapsing on itself with him in it. He quickly regenerated, but as he attempted to attack Dragon Sky, the planet would not respond.
"No... what is this!..."
He looked down at himself and saw his hair was black as it normally was. He had been removed from the Planet...
"Heavenly Body... You insolent little pest!" and Dragon Sky roared loud enough to be heard from space.
(You made him mad I think. )

He quickly threw the gun at Roa, catching the beam, causing it to blow up and take the impact.
he then popped another screw and munched on it.
Suddenly Ryuta caught up with Bolt, out of breath. and from the distance yelled out,
"HEY! Take this as well!"
And threw a big box of metal scraps.
Bolt turned around and caught it, and when he looked at what was in it, he was a bit taken aback, and smirked.
"I see.."
He quickly scarfed down the contents, With Roa, who was about to attack, stopping a bit, taken aback by this strange behavior.
"Who-WHAT Are you exactly...?" Roa Inquired almost curiously.
"Im Bolt. Bolt Crank."
and with that, he pointed his hand upwards, and a gigantic electric energy began to emanate from his hand, making his coat billow crazily as he regenerated a gigantic device that looked more like a discombobulated glob of randomly placed machinery and wires and tubes. But within it, from a visible clear area, inside were...
The dull lifeless Yashichis. The clear compartment then began to glow with energy as the top of the devise, which looked like a cannon, began to gather up energy particles.
Roa's eyes widened in disbelief at what he knew was happening. The Yashichis had been rendered useless by RPM's loss of hope and dreams when it was destroyed. He had actually created a device to charge them...
But that meant...
"NO!"
Roa cried out as He lunged at Bolt in desperation, ignoring what other ways he could have handled it.
but before he could get there, a concentrated paticle beam containing pure energy Yashichis shot up into the sky, parting the clouds in a circle. from which thunder roared and the Dragon sky descended. Bolt was shadowed by it, his sunglasses bright, reflecting the light there, giving him a somewhat eerie presence.
"Hmmm...? Bolt...? is that you?"
"Hey. 10 years no see."
"If your summoning me, then I suppose I have to clean up another one of your messes dont I."
"Not mine!"
"Hmm... Really Bolt, you should settle down some day..."
"Nope. Im an Explorer."
(Note: an Explorer is a type of Mercenary. basically, a Mercenary with Morals. they dont take killing jobs for example.)

The man Quickly dodged the lightning ball, and jumped to the side, and then then from his arm formed a massive machine gun running the span of almost 5 feet long and 1 foot thick. he aimed it at Roa, and begun to fire it, bullet shells coming out of the exhaust port on the side by the ton.

Flame's head hit the ground before uttering a small "Crap..." His body fell on its knees, and collapsed forward.
Roa sat there laughing his ass of when suddenly, from out of the smoke on an overlying rock outcrop, appeared a tall man with long light grey hair and broad shoulders. he was wearing black slacks and black shoes, and an over sized white T-shirt of sorts that stuck out of the bottom of what seemed to be some sort of Kevlar vest over it, with oddly placed buckles and a neck guard. over which he wore a long heavy green trench coat.
He wore a type of skull cap with the same color as his coat. on his hands he wore black fingerless gloves with metal plates on the forehand and metal trimmings around the finger ends. Over his eyes were big round black sunglesses that concealed his eyes. he was serious.
His coat billowed slightly in the wind, one of his hands in his pocket.
