The three legendary Sinnoh dragons stopped terrorizing the grunts to turn their sights on Giovanni of whom Pyro and Sakura summoned to the fight. All three of them glared at him as if to dare the Rocket boss to make a move on them. Pyro sat on Dialga's and peered at Giovanni.

"I dunno," he said, "That sounds boring and I think my friends want to play."

A rather large shadow loomed over some random grunts who had the misfortune of running into Dialga, who roared out as it glared down at them as if it were eyeing his next meal. As did Giratina, who wrapped grunt in its tendrils.

Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina marched towards Mewtwo and walked beside him in an effort to intimidate the rockets, and even Mew flew out while invisible to whiz around an unwary grunt and zapped her on the posterior. As for Pyro, he appeared behind one to strap a birthday on his head hat and blew on a party favor. He tossed up confetti and cheered.

Pyro stuck his head inside the closet and shouted, "Hey Dave! Hey Gary! Can you come to the party as well?"

Both Dialga and Giratina pushed their heads through the relatively small door frame and roared in the affirmative despite their mutual annoyance with the boy. Elsewhere, far beyond the horizon, Rayquaza sensed something and flew off in the direction of Kanto at hypersonic speed.

"Maybe I should invite a band," Pyro said. 8)

Pyro was in the main lobby,  decorating the room with streamers of every color. He saw Quickie bolt past him but shrugged to himself as Zach (Mew) helped him hang a banner reading "Welcome, Mr. Plumber!" from the ceiling. Mr. Spook was installing the disco ball when he stepped down from the ladder and pondered for a brief moment.

"This party needs something," he murmured before a bolt of inspiration struck, literally. A lightning bolt appeared from out of nowhere to zap him in the skull and make his jet-black hair stand on end, "I know! We need music! I wonder where Nurse Joy keeps the stereo. Mr. Plumber's going to be so impressed!" 8)

He ran for the supply closet and opened the door. Palkia (Paul or Trigon, whichever) poked his head out and roared in anger.

"Yikes!" Pyro yelped.  :O

Socks the Rotom came bounding out from the Pokecenter, still possessing the vending machine. "He" tried firing out cans of Soda Pop at the craft with machine gun-like speed. When that failed to put a dent in the craft's hull, the Plasma Pokemon abandoned the vending machine and hovered around his trainer.

"Hey that looks like a cool new toy! Can I play with it?" Pyro asked. 8)

"Roooo-TOM!" [eyebrow]

Socks sped towards the crafted and entered its electrical systems. At various points, he sent a surge through anything he thought was worth wreck. Various consoles sparked and belched smoke from the electrical fires. A few of them even exploded in a shower of spark and fused their circuits. Once he was done with his mischief, Socks bolted out in a streak of yellow and orange, giggling impishly.

Pyro innocuously opened an umbrella and glanced upward after he hopped off the grunts.

"Did someone order a meatball sub?"

Then a hundred pound meatball sub fell from the sky onto the grunts, and momentarily pinned them to the muddy ground.

(That is it for me until I get back from work in about five hours or so.)

The grunts pounced on Pyro only to land flat on their faces him the immortal boy standing on top of them. He wagged a finger at them.

Firebrawl shook his head and tightened his fists. Jets of flame shot out his wrists as he prepared for battle.

(Hm. Did Giovanni authorize this action? I sense possible insubordination.)

I like how it juxtaposed over the over-the-top insanity of Pyro who is the author of Giovanni's misfortunes in many ways. I mean, would those Wailord have landed on his house and car if he had not crossed paths with the nutty, eternal boy?

Elsewhere, in the cafeteria kitchen, Pyro was assembling sandwiches at a furious place with Loki (who appeared adorable wearing a hair net) on his shoulder.  Mr. Spook and a reluctant Firebrawl were giving their trainer a hand, Jawbreaker had his head stuffed in the fridge, and Memphis hitting on any female that came within his sights, human or Pokemon. As for Socks, the Rotom possessed one of the center's vending machines and chased after unwary trainers.

"So much to do!" Pyro said, "The plumber's coming to visit and he's bringing friends." 8)

Mr. Spook pulled out a plate with a slice or moist and tasty chocolate cake and offered it to Sakura. Loki already helped himself to a slice and looked happy eating it and Pyro took a piece for himself.
