If you see a bat flying around during daylight, get away. There's a very good chance it's rabid.
DUURRR
Megabat lives in some screwed-up world where all of Earth's organics are lizards, reptiles, dinosaurs, and the occasional insect, and all the robots are patterned after mammals, which are extinct in that world. Yes.
OH GOD IT'S 4CHAN TAKE COVER

Blues Grenada, 2nd-in-command of the Zeon forces. He's a little bit psycho.
Yep. (The story needs some work)

i hope all you enjoy!
LoL, was that Blues or Protoman Blues with him in that one pic?
(Was Bass carrying that tank the whole time he was in King's fortress?)Corlett is a good voice actor, but he sounds a bit too old to be classic Megaman. Call me a freak but I liked Megaman's high pitched voice in Megaman 8. He's a child robot after all, so he shouldn't have a teenage or adult sounding voice. I know everyone says "But he sounds like a girl." but really he's intended to sound like a kid, because that's what he is. I've never liked the idea of trying to Make classic Megaman into some steroid pumped robocop wanabe. Giant muscles on the Ruby Spears series for instance made the show so un-Megaman it was un-watchable.
What happened if you stare for too long?

Remember Madotsuki? Urotsuki might be worse. Why?
SHE HAS A CHAINSAW
CHAINSAWS ARE NEVER A GOOD SIGN
Oh, and don't stare at Nounai for too long.

...Ignore the fact that the title pun is nowhere to be seen in the actual picture.
Wikipedia tells me that Mr. Ruby and Mr. Spears created Scooby-Doo, I show I love (the new series can go to hell though). One of the biggest complaints about RS-Megaman, aside from the character designs, is that Rush acts like Scooby. Until he starts helping solve mysteries, he ain't Scooby.
BUT THIS WAS TOO AMUSING NOT TO DRAW.
Rock was originally going to be Freddy, but that'd mean that the only female (in this parody) would be useless, so he got to be Daphne while Roll took Freddy's role. Proto became Velma because he's the only main RSMM character to wear glasses (sunglasses, but still). Brain Bot...well, someone had to be Shaggy, and neither Metalman or Snakeman would really fit. Not scaredy enough. And Rush...flargh.
As for the eye-bleeding background, the three colours I associate Scooby-Doo with the most are green, purple, and orange. The 70s pattern was extra--nah, mandatory.
Policeman: "I don't know how to thank you kids enough for taking care of this madman for us. But why was he dressed up like Swamp Thing and scaring everyone in Redneck Country away from his cache of fake logs?"
Proto-Velma: "We couldn't get him to talk, but my best guess is that those logs are all loaded with hard drugs."
Policeman: "Okay...but what about Swamp Thing?"
Proto-Velma: "You did say this was Redneck Country."
Something about the way Bass's hair and face are drawn reminds me of Devilman.
Megaman would be scared shitless of Madotsuki and you know it. Samus is still wondering where the hell her parents are.
Did I mention that Yume Nikki scarred me?

"HBH" stands for ~HeavenBeforeHell, who created all of the RMs present back in our freshman year. None of them were reprogrammed; Wily hired them all (with the exception of Neroman, who was already under his employ).
Row 1: Tempestman (Matt Gale, a comedian from Canada), Missileman (retired war machine from Russia), Steamgirl (resort owner from Korea)
Row 2: Soundman (retired musician from America), Globeman (meteorologist from Switzerland), Neroman (Akihito Nightow, a cyborg from Japan), Acidman (Cid Godfrey, a plant overseer from Germany)
Back: Wraithman (an unemployed robot from China, I think)
Freshman year was when I was infatuated with Hitoshi Ariga's redesigns, and it shows. Globeman's design was heavily influenced by X's CM Ultimate Armour; Wraithman, by Dark Magician (Yu-Gi-Oh!); Tempestman's, by the RM of the same name in Sprites Inc.'s apparently incomplete fan game.
I just hope HBH actually sees this (he doesn't visit dA much).
