...this begs the question of how Metalwoman stole Megaman's Cross system. (Hi, ~Masquerade-keita!)

I set out to place Megaman in the loudest, most Gogo-esque clothes ever. I think I succeeded.

Forgot I had this:

It's from that 20th anniversary manga published in CoroCoro--I think. Anyone else got better scans?

My half of an art trade with *lizsama. I'm happy with how it turned out, and I hope she is, too. :)

The lady with the kitten is Liz Marmalade, later "Dash".

Do I want to know how horribly Uranus died? XD

Brainwashed!Trigger popped a cap in his head. It was messy.

Inspired by one of Lelouch's ridiculous outfits, of all things. I don't think I out-CLAMPed CLAMP, but it was fun to try.

...FRILLY GIRL CLOTHES OF SMITE

Except that some of them aren't mechanoids. Oops!

Robots: Inorganic beings that constitute a fair amount of the universal population; Earth (Megaman's Earth specifically) was one of the last planets to introduce them.

Cyborgs: Humans converted into robots.

Reploids: Inorganic beings introduced in the 2100s. More advanced than robots physically, but mentally, they're on the same level. (Don't quote me on that, or some of my RPM fellows will smite me)

Mechaniloids: Non-sentient robots built for specialized labour.

Humanoid PCs/HPCs: Introduced sometime in the 2040s, HPCs were touted as a "more reliable kind of robot", used primarily for data storage. They have simpler armour than robots, and are less "lively" (i.e., little to no personality and total obedience to their owners. Seemingly).

Techno-organics: Inhabitants of a small planet; they have both inorganic and organic features, and remain a technological marvel. (That guy was supposed to be Herb, but I screwed up his hair)

E-series: A type of robot exclusive to Mobius, they are shock troops in Eggman's armies.

Badniks: The other troops. Their power sources aren't consistent, though most use small animals.

Robians: Roboticized Mobians. The original Roboticizer was used to save those on the brink of death, but Eggman used (and duplicated) it for more sinister purposes.

C-Lifeforms: Similar to Navis, but not anchored to any one person. C-Lifeforms can materialize in the outside world without the aid of a copy-bot.

Merged EM Being: A human or robot who merges with an EM being or Wizard.

EM Being/Wizard: Alien lifeforms found in Subaru's timeline; recently, humans have been able to replicate them.

Navis: Beings created to traverse the Internet; they were exclusive to Lan's timeline until Megaman.EXE made his way into the original Megaman's timeline, bringing the two together.

...Would you believe the idea for HPCs came from a hentai called Buttobi CPU/I Dream of Mimi? >.> I'm horrible.

It wouldn't surprise me if Riku eventually became one. XD

I happened to find Sora's beta designs (they're on this page: http://kh2.co.uk/?kh=Artwork ). He looked like a lion-boy--which almost immediately led to this.

All I can say is, Sora'd better hope that his vertical leap is good.

Cielo's hair isn't quite right, but I suppose I can get away with it this time...

Also, HOLY [parasitic bomb] ZACK FAIR IS IN KH:BbS.

Alta is a robot, built to guard one of her creator's many elaborate palaces--though, strangely, she could not actually enter it. Even while wondering about that detail, Alta defended the palace successfully--until Kirby showed up.

The pink puffball somehow eluded her watchful eye and slipped inside; by the time Alta realized what was going on, he was a third of the way through. Ignoring her second order, Alta went inside to throw him out--

and was blindsided by the utter chaos that was the palace interior. Her creator was, simply put, out of his gourd, and designed impossible structures for kicks.

She pursued Kirby regardless, and after a while, her motive changed from throwing him out to crushing him like a coackroach. She failed.

Her creator never actually got around to firing her--something came up. Something bad.

Funnily enough, I had this finished before Thanksgiving Break, but forgot to scan it. Derp.

I've had the concept down since 2006 (bad times. >.> ) but never got around to actually drawing these bastards. Can't say I'm too happy with the designs, but hey.

"The Big Nine" is how Rubato refers to them; they all answer to "The Big Boss", whom Rubato never met. There isn't a single one of them that likes the kid, and they're all too happy to let him know that. Except Venus, who's made countless repairs on him.

After SEED is boarded, everyone either dies or gets scattered.

Mercury: Handles money, dislikes the company of others. Dead.

Venus: Nurse/mechanic, very grumpy and cynical. Arrested.

Gaia: Scouter, all-purpose fellow. Fate unknown.

Mars: Incredibly brutal general, loves schadenfreude. Dead.

Jupiter: Writer, avid reader, neat freak. Arrested.

Saturn: Head of the guards. Arrested.

Uranus: Con man, salesman, [dark hold]. Killed horribly.

Neptune: Water purifier, disposer of corpses. Dead.

Pluto: The Big Boss's son, holds a rank akin to General because of this. Ends up back on Terra.

The Big Boss: Not pictured, founder of SEED, bastard of bastards. Dead.

A while ago--last year, I think--I stumbled upon a game called "Black/Matrix". It's a strategy game a la Tactics Ogre or Final Fantasy Tactics, is heavily religion-derived (specifically Christianity), and the lead is adorable. :) (Well, not in the DC version, where he's just kinda "bishie". Bleh)

Oh, and at least two versions feature a crazy chefs who messily cooks someone only to have a member of your party find out. D:

This is Luca, a character from the game...or one of the games; there are quite a few versions. All I know about her is that she takes a liking to the main character, which is something of a problem since they're not on the same side...I think.

Oh, and B/M never saw an English release. Would've in '99, but it was too damned disturbing.

Even my "lazy" pics take too long to finish. D:

I'm worried about how the fans will react to Legends 3 (it now seems inevitable). There's a ginormous amount of hype attached to that name, and if Capcom doesn't deliver EXACTLY what the fans want (which is damn near impossible, because there's always someone whining about something in the fandom), then the backlash could break the Internet into thousands of tiny pieces.

And then Encyclopedia Dramaticae will laugh at us. :(

Dunno exactly what Evil Volnutt and Caskett did to anger that writhing purple mass. Retcon the Master's gender?

On the plus side, Seth's recent words have distracted the "EXE OSS SUX" fantards. I think.

I own these figures (minus the Build-a-Trigger), by the way. Getting Yuna to stand is a pain in the arse.

If we finally do get Legends 3 through this, and all I hear for months afterward that it "isn't right"...I'll have to break someone.

it recreates the Megaman Forever (Rom Hack) Scenario.

Still doesn't sound very original.

All the helpers from that last pic featuring them, plus two new guys: Oboe, the arrow-headed sentient Met, and Scratch, that black cat that Wily had in the Dreamwave comic--for all of two panels. (I coulda just called the former "Arrowhead", but it'd break the theme)

If I hadn't gotten lazy, this would've been finished much earlier. :/

Quote
Originally one of Wily's Fortress Guardians, CWU-02P left him after his defeat at Megaman and Roll's hands, and eventually made his way into space. He renamed himself Requiem, after realizing that his serial number wasn't going to cut it.

His cold demeanor is rather fitting for his position, a member of an alien council; while usually level-headed, he will resort to increasingly desperate tactics if it becomes apparent he's about to lose--emphasis on "he's". Requiem cares little for the plights of others, and if he does, only because they're related to his.

Reqiuem's lower half is unfinished, but he doesn't needed it; he hovers. He uses the many cords that poke out from underneath his "robe" to complete most of his tasks.

Still not entirely sure when Megaman will meet him again. :/

I don't remember any scan like that. :/

I'd like to see a beta of Super Adventure Rockman, but that's not likely to happen.

Except that Kirby isn't that small.

* Navi Kirby should be Kirby.EXE. >.> Absorbed a Navi using a Copyroid.

* Alta is one of my characters; she's a guard in a fancy palace Kirby passes through. After failing to throw him out, Alta stalks him with the intention of crushing him flat.

* Instead of giving him Shyna Nera Shyna's hat, I split Kirby down the middle.

* While it's called "Blasternaut Kirby", he could be absorbed any one of Blasternaut's companions (except Spot). Yeah, Math Blaster. I went there.

* Watch Kirby was drawn after running short on ideas and seeing a watch on my table.

I couldn't beat a single stage in MMnB2 apart from the intro. :(

Some parts of the first game I found entertaining, but others (that maze in Groundman's level, that last stretch in Burnerman's, the bottomless pits in Magicman's, that damn snowman, etc.) made me rage. It's like the game is bipolar.

I can't remember how I defeated Burnerman, but it was only with Bass; I can't even get to the pre-boss room with Megaman.

And Dynamoman...I think I repressed my memory of that fight immediately after winning it.
