Sounds like fun.

Why is a spoiler for the RP, but *SoniaGrimm will know what's going on. Suffice it to say, no one's terribly happy.

A shy guy dressed as a Shy Guy? Incredibly lame puns make the world go 'round, man.
...I would've handed him back his mask, though.

Murphy's Law probably happened. This is not what Bass had in mind when told he's get some extra RAM.
* Hi there, Bombduck.
* Don't worry, Ransheep, I'm sure Megasheep wouldn't mind letting you in on the nuzzling--provided you can climb up that knoll first.

You patriotic doofus.
Mericanman is a real RM, in a sense--Captain America and seven other Marvel and Capcom characters were RM-ized in a flyer for MvC. I actually took the trouble of translating their names, though Vixy and Gauntlet ended up finishing the job.
Most of his armour had to be improvised, since the flyer only provided his mugshot.

And it's only going to get worse, if Rock can't find something to wear that's not taken from a softcore porno.
The other scantily-clad people are ~lilirulu's characters. Mama Witch is teaching Rock, Daughter Witch is harassing him, and Seed (a.k.a. Brother Witch; I'm pretty sure that's his name) had better do something about those tentaplants in his garden.
So, how many have already mistook her for Rock?

No, really. Go up and touch him; he won't shoot your face off.
I should've submitted this earlier, but I didn't. I read on TV Tropes that there was once a Megaman statuette being sold through an apparently official source, listed as "Rockman Accel"; it swiftly became this.
Anastas is an escaped Reploid convict who's somehow become one of the legendary "Mega Men"; unfortunately, this is of little comfort--the entire world is about to become the next Atlantis. If Anastas and his fellow fugitive Yves are to survive, they'll have to outwit the cause of this flood of Biblical proportions.
and yes, he has no jumpsuit. If there are still works featuring ladies in outfits like this, then there can be scantily-clad men as well.
and is that Mega? in a girl's night session?

Allan isn't immediately booted from Dracula's castle since it's open house night, so to speak. It doesn't take long for things to turn sour, however.
Residents like Carmilla live in the upper floors, while the lesser monsters and demons populate the rest. If a VIP is on one of the lower floors, it's usually for damage control.
* Hey, isn't that the giant spider-woman who somehow pissed off God?
* "Odet" is my attempt at making "Odette" a boy's name. Didn't work. (He's nude, by the way. The Professor is gross)
* Considering that Carmilla was drawn without a reference (it's suppose to be her Judgment self, wearing something I can actually draw), I think her hair came out close enough.

"Kn-knock it off, Proto! I'm not blushing!"
"Suuure you're not, bro."

Cheesy title much?
The robot with blue hair isn't from Mega's timeline, but an alternate, polluted, crowded, stinking worldcalled Bangkok. How he escaped it is anyone's guess--he's not willing to reveal it, as it could compromise the security of Mega's world. He forsook his original name and now answers only to "Genesis", but everyone can tell that he's an alternate Proto.
Much to Mega's pleasant surprise, he's willing to live with the Lights, unlike Proto.
* ~SummingUpTheStars gave that name to one of the beta versions of Protoman. This isn't the first time I've drawn him, but now I have an actual use for him.

"So, Shanoa, what was it like back in early 19th century Europe?"
"...Dismal."
Before I drew this, I had one rule in mind: No bras or underwear; tasteful sleepwear only. I'm hoping that I followed it well enough.
How Peach convinced Samus and Shanoa to stay over is anyone's guess.

Well, I tried, anyway. That "Dark Age American comic" look is harder to achieve than it seems.

["Before I go--h]ere."

Right now, Megaman doesn't care that Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup are the most powerful humans (artificial at that!) in the U.S. Right now, he's hoping Bubbles doesn't drop him.

"Look at Shantae; she's asleep. All you have to do is grab 'em like this. Want me to show you?"
"No."
Oh, Rottytops. :/ Twenty to life if that shirt slides off.
No one answered my question, though... (I checked, and Expages didn't have a search function; the old form of Xoom did, but the Wayback Machine was no help)
One of Space Pirates, the other of the forces of Dracula. Unfortunately, Shanoa won't be able to return to her own time...
(No CV: Order of Ecclesia spoilers, please; this crossover will have to remain tentative until I actually beat the game.)

Note to Proto: That's absolutely not a book you want to read before going to sleep.

Whatever Van is about to face, it's not good. All he has is an arm cannon and two balls of pseudo-fluff. Is he screwed? Next on FOX.
...on another note, now would be a good time to explain why his armour so closely resembles his dad's: it's a spare set of Mega's. Unlike Mega, Van didn't have much time to adjust to wearing armour, so for a while he's horribly unbalanced.
Those two things accompanying him are Rutsey and Gardel. They're sorta Rush and Tango's offspring, in the sense that they were built and then Tango decided not to speak of that idea she had with Rush ever again. (Bonus points if you know where I got the names) They don't speak and really aren't of much help to Van, but they don't get in the way, so he keeps them around.

Nikki ended up taking after Proto more than hisclonesecond nephew did. He's not sure whether or not to be happy about this.

Nope, they're not the first three children of Light at all.
Rock loves that Ditto Blues caught for him. And he's somehow become the youngest sibling, go figure.

NOTE: All this pertains to my MM:NINE series.
Every day, four Mushroomian children--Soul, Kris, Gold, and Silver--meet in the fields to discuss the day's events and what they'll do later.
Soul Mario is technically the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom, born to Mario and Queen Peach--not that you would know that by looking at her, or at her rank at school. It's because of her rank that Soul keeps her status as princess downplayed, as to make her parents look better (though they insist that she doesn't have to). Her favourite pastime is exploring the Mushroom Kingdom--naturally leading to confrontations with the Koopa Kids.
Gold is Luigi and Daisy's son, prince of Sarasaland--his story is about the same as Soul's. Being Luigi's son, he's more cautious and timid than Soul--and, in fact, most of his classmates. Gold has yet to meet his stepbrother, Link IX.
Wario and Mona named their son Silver; his looks come from his mother. Silver is laid-back and intelligent, and comes from one of the wealthiest families in the Mushroom Kingdom; despite this, people know better than to try and sponge off of him. He's good at handling money and getting his buddies into and out of trouble.
Kris doesn't come from a famous or rich family, but hers does own the field that she and her friends meet in. She's more Silver's friend than Gold's or Soul's, though their relationship can be strained at times.
* The wagon full of hay and Soul's futuristic pokedex-thing all come from the Electric Tale of Pikachu manga (a.k.a. the one that was drawn by a GODDAMN HENTAI ARTIST).

"Go away."
"Just shut up and smile, blueberry."
* Based off an illustration for the Phoenix Wright series. Maybe if Jump and Holo were replaced with Proto and Tengu (or maybe just Proto), Rock wouldn't be such a frownyface?

"This will be the last time you see me, my friend."
This is going to be just like the Upon a Star OVA: sub-par.

"Black Star Clan-certified casual wear, MY ASS."
In other words, ~lilirulu's mama witch character somehow got Megaman into her clan, despite him not having any daughters (a big prerequisite). Maybe she told them he was her nephew?
Of course, now Mega wants out.

She probably mistook Him for the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
We're watching this series in Geology called "Walking with Monsters"; each segment tells a story of sorts. In the Carboniferous period, they follow a female giant spider. Thanks to all the oxygen, the environment is volatile, and there's a storm brewing. The spider's burrow gets flooded, so she looks for another. Just as she finds one and finishes lining it with silk, lightning strikes it, frying her to a crisp.
Afterward, I remarked, "I wonder what the spider did to [acid burst] off God?"

At least someone got their Good Ending.

I should have finished this much earlier for ~Laharl234. Sorry, man. ;_;

Unlike her siblings, Roll got a job in 2030, as an attorney. Some of the cases she receives make her question this decision.
* Suggested by ~NeoduelGX, sort of.
* The chair was drawn from one in my art classroom. The chair also looks better in real life.

Evidently, straightening an image in Photoshp too much results in a drop in quality. And it STILL wasn't 100% the way I wanted it. Arg.
This is a revisitation of an old concept from freshman year: "Captain S", which was inspired by/a parody of Captain N. It was also crap and unfinished, because even then, focusing on projects wasn't my strong point. Despite Sonic being the titular Captain S, he shared authority with Athena, or rather, her SNK portrayal. (At least SNK didn't give her torpedo tits) Their base was a ship, and in the two issues I didn't finish, they had to deal with floods and helping Wally Bear's No Gang recover VCRs and stereos from Mother Brain.
This is one reason among many why I've repressed my memories of freshman year.
Still, it gives me the opportunity to cross over lots of VG series at once in a setting that isn't NINE. I'm considering renaming it, since Sonic isn't really a leader anymore (though he'd like to think he is). "Agents of Athena" or something cheesy like that.
The band format was fun to draw, once I figured out where to place everyone and what they'd play.
Athena: SNK liked her enough to make her a schoolgirl several times. In the comic, she shared Captain N-Pit's verbal tic of "-icus", and could move warp holes. She also had arm warmers and a bow in her hair, for some reason.
Sonic: "Captain S". I was still drawing him in clothes back in freshman year (jeans,a white shirt, and a leather jacket, totally not ripped off from Evil Sonic/Scourge); he mostly yelled at the caption boxes, I think.
Rock: was not Ariga-Rock, but RS. He and Proto (who was black-haired and shades-less in one page that was almost a comic) were just sorta...there, and didn't wear armour.
Pulseman and Pikachu: They used different types of electricity and didn't like each other much. Neither did Sonic.
Blues: The comic was drawn before RS-Proto became a psychopath, so he just snarked at everyone, with the bonus of not being liable to randomly strangle you.
Simon and Bridget weren't in the original comic; they replaced Vincent Valentine and Vegeta (yes...). Not much to say about the latter (other than "canary-yellow hoodie"), but Vincent had the ability to open warp holes...but not close them. This, coupled with Athena's ability to move but not close them, equaled a wallbanger and a half. Writing was not my strong point then, either.
Roll (who was a mix between her NAdM and RS selves) was also part of the team, but...she was barely there, only showing up for a panel of so and then vanishing.
Maybe sometime this year, I'll get around to scanning the pages in, posting them, and then immediately wishing I hadn't.

Hey look, I finally got around to it! And everyone's smushed in as usual! (Definitely gotta go longways for MW8, what with Duo and all)
* Knightwoman's hair came from a pic of Borock's (not sure if he has a dA account). I hope he doesn't mind.
* Centaur's a tough case. The Ikehara manga already gener-bendered him, albeit sneakily (think "reverse-Bridget"), so there was already a design for Centaurwoman floating around. The most I could do was switch her armour and horse-body colours, and accidentally make her torso armour green.
* Yamatowoman is riding on Centaur's back. I tried visualizing what a robotic "Yamato Nadeshiko" would look like (look in up on TV Tropes if you don't know what it is).
* Alberta Wily's dress is a post-Civil War dress, found through Google.

What can I say about Captain Planet that the Internet hasn't already? My Dad believes it to be a Socialist, anti-America, anti-capitalist, pro-U.N. piece of garbage, so there's something.
The main five, you already know. The lady on the right is Zeke, an Australian electricity-user that I created to plug the "why no Australia?" hole. (Yeah, "Zeke".) She's not interested in the whole "save the planet" gig at first, since she thinks Gaia is exaggerating.
The lady on the left is Kylie, the Canadian wielder of light. She's an interesting case--TV Tropes mentioned her under "Sailor Earth" on the CP page, as an extra Planeteer in the toyline, and provided a picture. However, I couldn't find any info of her anywhere else. Until someone can enlighten me, I'll assume that she's a fan-redeco of Linka (she even has a star on her belt buckle). It was someone's custom figure, as I suspected; Gauntlet pointed that out for me.
Kylie is unsure about being a Planeteer, and it doesn't help that her power is more or less a glorified flashlight. (She was also originally Australian, but I already have an Australian)

At least Knute and Erlend know what they're doing.![]()

"I am a shadow...The true self...As I alone hold the Triforce of Wisdom, I am fit to rule over this land as I see fit. Its people are my subjects; nothing more. You have failed to accept this, and are unfit for the throne!"
I think I had a creative brainfart when I designed this. DX

Tried out some new Sharpies that Mom got for me...several days ago. >.>

The Page of Swords is a lower Arcana, symbolizing a change. (*kittykat1313meow suggested it, when I asked her which card would fit Mega)
That was supposed to be he colour scheme for Windman's weapon, but it's slightly off (even after I attempted to change it). Oh well.

"Aren't you gonna say hello?"
"..."

"...Well?"
"Well, what?"
"Aren't you gonna hug me back?"
"Dunno."
"You're really cold, you know that?"
"No, I'm frying. That's why I took my jacket off."
"That's not what I meant."
Yeah, Ran's still got a ways to go.

"The show'll start in a few seconds!"
HEY LOOK! AN ACTUAL BACKGROUND!
So now Megaman has crossed paths with Lammy, and some random sheep lady with something stuck in her flute. And there's a seafood cake in the background.

They're not actually losers, but just "Quartet" isn't very exciting.
Somehow, the powerful Vampire Killer has fallen into the hands of an ordinary soldier, Paul Schneider. He's not in service at the moment, so he's free to track down its wielder and return it to them. Paul meets three other warriors at the tavern--a witch, an invisible man, and a damphyr--and the four set out to accomplish this, unaware of the horrors that lie ahead.[ray splasher] Euphemism C. BelmontPaul Schneider: A soldier not on active duty at the moment. Though he's supposedly skilled with the bow and arrow, he prefers to use vials of holy water instead. His attempt at wielding the Vampire Killer ended horribly.Grant DaNastyBenkov Hloch: The invisible man; how he came to be like this is a mystery, and one he advises the others not to look into. Benkov's nunchucks give him considerable range, which is fortunate, as he doesn't have a good constitution.Sypha BelnadesGale Fernandez: A witch who tries to convince people that she uses her powers for good, to no avail--until she met Paul, who believed her. Afterwards, she was only too happy to join him on his errand. Gale uses red ribbons to attack, which seems laughable until one sees her in action.AlucardLeila Tepes: The daughter of Alucard; she's been around for a long time, and joined Paul as a means to amuse herself. Like her father, she can assume the form of a bat (never did get the wolf and mist transformations down).
* Leila comes from the JP-only CV3 gamebook; her outfit has bits of Judgment-Alucard's thrown in.
* Gale and Benkov were based on the Salem Witch and Invisible Man enemies, respectively. Paul's design is from a dream of mine (what a surprise).
* The sigil in the background is poorly copied from one in Symphony of the Night.
X7 and X8 donīt add anything to the Zeroīs storyline, thatīs why they are not mentioned.

Drawn in ~Masquerade-keita's P-Chat. The lack of layers bothers me, but I'd like to think that it's better than my previous attempts (which are old and [parasitic bomb]).

"...Uh, Maria, where are your--"
"Just keep dancing!"
FFFFFF the CV:J designs are impossible to draw on-model. And Grant's legs are probably bending in ways they shouldn't.

Not to be confused with "Megasues". Our school is performing Suessical this week, and I needed something to draw after watching the preview, so...

Too often, gender-bendered RMs just look like girls dressed up as the RMs. Hey, wait--
* Someone on Pixiv gave Rock green hair, of all hair colours.

Alternate Title: "Thinly-Veiled Love Triangle Centering(?) Around Protoman, Much To His Unamusement".
So...these three. After Rock starts trusting Proto more, but before he's comfortable around anyone else, he would prefer that Proto stay by his side. Ran just wants Proto to return her affections, which is as easy as eating the sun; she's not willing to give up yet, but is careful not to push her luck. If Rock feels anything about this, he doesn't show (or realize) it. Ran just feels that Rock may be a little too clingy.
And then after Rock left, everything went to pot. Such are the General's attempts at sorta-romance.
[RPM Note: Ran belongs to Rouge-the-bat-777.]

"I am a shadow...The true self...Anyone who stands in my way will be crushed, without exceptions! HERE WE GO!"
Obvious Persona 4 inspiration is obvious. The design for Mario's Shadow was spur-of-the-moment; it's meant to be a fusion of Mario's Italian and Mushroomian heritage.

http://www.encyclopedia-obscura.com/gamesprodplacement.html
After reading that article again, I don't think I put ENOUGH Snickers in there. This represents only a fraction of the Snickers ads crammed into the PAL version of the SNES Biker Mice from Mars game. There are Snickers ads in the sewers! The GODDAMNED SEWERS! And the best part is, Snickers has nothing to do with BMfM (as far as I know).
...neither does RS-Mega, and I doubt he would want to participate in a motorcycle race with three mutant mice, two of whom aren't pictured (that's more up Proto's alley, minus the mice).

Well, at least not everyone's on Valium this time.
* Jumpgirl appears to be standing on a box. At least, she appears taller than the last group pic featuring RS-Wily-bots.
* Tango's poofy green fur-hair is a reference to Felicia's kitty form. I think she and Felicia would get along well enough.

And that's totally not a half-assed background.
Say, who're those hiding behind the trees?
[RPM Answer: They're Crazylegz42's characters Arena and Antenora.]
