Thinking about the [parasitic bomb] I introduced around Kharaxel in Wilypocalypse, makes my head hurt.

Whatever, let's just hope I can resolve it properly, and then I can finally just have Kharaxel without any DARK LORDS, MAIDENS, OBSERVERS and other bullshit.

Kharaxel finally calmed down, after hearing everything.

"I'm sorry for this... uncouth display. Thank you, miss Zeta. And everyone else too."

Kharaxel smiled, the pain in his chest subsided, however he felt like something was missing, yet at the same time, as if he received something.
It was a strange feeling...

"You guys are right, there is no point in being depressed all the time. In fact, once I'll help out Josei and miss Akai to find Mr. Wildgun, I'll probably accept that kind proposal of some training and a new weapon. I mean, if I can only shoot well, then I can at least make sure I shoot with power... am I right?"

Kharaxel fixed his hat and sighed, and then his eyes once again flashed red...

In the infinitely white space, the man known as The Observer carefully examines the entirety of situation. By his side stands the one known as The Destroyer.

"So my sister is safe after all." Said The Destroyer "So, how about I beat up this Unity guy and bring back my sister's powers to her?"

"There is no point in such actions, Destroyer. The Maiden has become useless... even before she lost her power." Replied Observer, in a tone most uncaring.

"WHAT?! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR GODDAMN MIND?!"

Destroyer clenched his fists.

"She became too captivated with ordinary people and their lives. In search of entertainment, she even allowed that treasure hunter an easy entry into Tron's crypt. As such, that boy became his host, and now he hosts The Maiden too."

"What are you..."

"Do you not understand? I guess you do not. A fool that you are... this boy, not that monster, is the proof of absolute unity. As such I will resurrect the original part of the Trinity through that boy... as a replacement for The Maiden."

"You can't possibly mean..."

"Yes, Destroyer. The Red-Eyed Prophet... he is the one who shall stand with us in The Maiden's stead... once again."

"And what will happen to my sister?!"

"She will perish. Along with the dark one and the boy... in the moment of The Prophet's awakening."

(So yeah. Since I introduced those fuckers, I might as well finally do something with them, andreveal The Observer's current purpose, AND reveal why the hell Kharaxel's eyes are flashing red. Don't worry though, guys. Kharaxel will still remain a powerless dude. Also, I already have a way of resolving this without Wily's spotlight being stolen, and without worry this will be irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. I think I'll do something after the battle against Wily Star II, but it also depends on how that thing in itself resolves. Meh. Whatever, the point is, this [parasitic bomb] will not be heard from for some time.

Also RMZX, when Josei, Akai and Kharaxel are going to go to Mr. Wildgun, could you PM me what do you want that badge to be? Because I'll rather not come up with that on my own, since it's your thing and stuff.)

You're right.
But what are we to do, when Megaman is pretty much dead? Sure, there are comics but eh.

The thing is, as Sakura said some time ago, if we would like for this place to get lively, we would need a complete reworking of the site's purpose.

I don't think that's happening though.

The old Doctor quickly tried to figure out and remember, how to properly lock the door, before the invisible intruder escapes. however, it was a function which rarely needed using and he wasn't even sure if it was still here.

"Just you wait, you invisisble bastard. I will not let you..."

"Hiiiii, Lorrrrd Wily."

Unity suddenly appeared before the Doctor, who jumped away from the controls surprised.

"OH... it's just you." He said relived. "Where were you anyway?"

"Oh here and there... I had some busy-ness to take care of. How is the intruder hunt?" Asked Unity, grinning.

"The intruder is here in this control room... but..."

"Hmmm? I do not sense anyone, dearest ally. It would seem that whoever was here, already left."

"Damn it"

The Doctor finally began to lose what little patience he had left.

"Listen, you can sense those... cards, or whatever, right?"

"Of course, dearrrr Doctorrr."

"Then be so kind as to try and find them! We need to eliminate the intruder, otherwise my operations might end in failures."

Unity grinned even wider.

"Very well, Lorrrrd Wily. I shall find the intruder, and bring his dead remains, as proof."

Unity walked out of the control room, while Wily simply let out a big sigh.

"The troubles just never end... ehhh."

(So yeah, White-Jet. I assumed Hierophant and Death just hightailed out of there.)

(Hey, Sakura. I want to thank you for giving me this chance to do a certain thing here, because I wasn't sure when I'll get to use it. Heeere goes.)

What Zeta said seemed to make Kharaxel even more angry.

"Oh-ho! So it's the goddamn FRESCA thing again, yes? You think you can just look at a person, and judge how they feel and think by some [tornado fang]ing aura or some crap?!"

Kharaxel's eyes suddenly flashed red. It wasn't natural... in fact it shouldn't even happen.

"WHAT THE [tornado fang]?!" Shouted Tron. "Just now, that is..."

"That was your dark power, a small fragment but..." Replied Maiden, surprised.

Kharaxel didn't even hear what they both said, and continued.

"No! NO! NO! This is not THAT simple, miss Zeta! Not at all... but fine. You want to know what's wrong?! I'll tell you what's wrong! I AM WHAT'S WRONG! All my [tornado fang]ing life I was nothing but a burden to everybody! Both to Mr. Wildgun and my parents, whom I don't even [tornado fang]ing remember, because they abandoned me! Then Mr. Wildgun found me and took me in... and then I didn't even listen to him when he said I shouldn't touch that dark crystal, and it almost cost him his life. And now... now... the results of my actions caused no small amount of grief and suffering, and that Unity thing... was born from my own jealousy and hatred for those who are better than me! I'm a terrible person! But if only I had POWER I could at least try to help... but as I am now? I'M JUST WORTHLESS! WORTHLESS! WORTHLESS!"

Kharaxel's eyes began to flash red again.

"Holy [parasitic bomb]... what is going on?!" Tron shouted. "Why is he showing signs of my power?!"

"Hmmm... could it be some side effects of Unity's creation, or even his presence?"

"[parasitic bomb]... why him and not me?!"

"WORTHLESS! WORTHLESS! WORTHLESS!" Kharaxel continued to shout, his eyes still flashing red.

He grabbed his chest in pain all of a sudden.


(This is just a setup for something. But it might not be what you all might think, it's supposed to have a more emotional angle.)

"Don't worry kid, as a present for being such a good host, the first thing I'll do upon recovering my power, is kill this [sonic slicer]. After that goes, Sakura of course. Then the rest of them." Said Tron, and chuckled.

"What..." Muttered Kharaxel. "WHAT THE [tornado fang] IS YOUR PROBLEM, WOMAN?!" He suddenly shouted.

"If I say that I'm OKAY, then I'm OKAY! I don't need somebody slapping me in the goddamn face for no reason whatsoever!!" He added angrily.

"Err... a moment please."

Zeta nodded while Kharaxel turned back to Josei.

"Yeah, I do know how to find him. Technically I live in the same house as him, and that's in St.Acidburg, I can take you to him...  now, a moment please."

Kharaxel turned back to Zeta.

"As for your question, miss... Zeta, yes?"

"Yup."

"Well... I... nothing is wrong. If anything, I just feel kind of... stressed out by that monstrosity."

He lied.
His complete uselssness made him horribly depressed, and the fact that monster Unity could have been created through his own hate and jealousy, certainly did not help.

"In any case, if you happen to be worried about me, please don't. I'll also try to not be a burden, in fact, I think my master Mr. Wildgun can help Josei here find out what this... glowing badge is. So yeah."

Kharaxel smiled most unconvincingly.

That's the thing though.
He [tornado fang]ing did all of this, ALL OF THIS, and he is not even able to do this Lara-Su Chronicles bullshit. And if he does, he's more than [tornado fang]'d at that point.

Kharaxel simply stood silently, thinking things through. There was a new member of the Resistance now, someone with a... Digimon. Which probably meant she would be much more useful than him.

"Perhaps I should just leave? I mean, what good am I if I can only aim and shoot well..." Muttered Kharaxel.

"Hey, moron. Instead of wallowing in self-pity, go and check out that robot-[tornado fang]er's badge..." Spoke Tron.

"What? Why?"

"I concur." Said Maiden. "We sense something from it, though at our current state, we are not sure what is it."

"Fine. I might as well..."

Kharaxel walked up closer to Akai and Josei.

"Um, excuse me Josei. What is this badge... and it glows?"

"Well... it's just something given to me by some guy. Dunno what it's purpose is though."

Kharaxel looked closer at the badge, and then an idea came to his head.

"Actually... my master, Mr. Wildgun might know something. Be it artifacts, ancient technologies and other old or newer magical items, he's pretty much an expert. Even if he might not know exactly what it is, I'm almost sure he can find some kinda clue on it... granted he's not drunk at the moment."

It won't be really a reboot, it's just that shitload of things will suddenly change.
All because Penders more or less won the case, in a way.

Archie settled in court or something, instead of dragging this lawsuit on and Penders more or less won by default.

As such all of his characters... ALL OF THEM, not just Echidans are going bye bye.
Some of which were important to the plot, some of which were a part of a story Ian wanted to do for a long time (Knuckles related)... and now POOF.

The only thing which makes me feel better about this, is that Penders is in such a mess himself, he has to pay all the lawyers he hired and [parasitic bomb].
He's basically broke at this point... and that's putting it lightly.
