2:00: Was that Lightning I just saw as an avatar? Holy [parasitic bomb], if this game has customization, it'll give me an excuse to buy this game.

The original game had customization, so i'd assume that the system applies here too.

You know, having an X game using a style similar to Other M could be really interesting. The gameplay is already simple as it is.

Legends using that style however, would make it feel entirely different from the previous games.

Which brings me back on topic:

If Inafune and Capcom were preparing MML3, how come Kamiya teases us now?

Perhaps they were still at a conceptual stage. They most likely experimented a variety of times to actually find a solid design/control that worked for the franchise.

I don't think MML3 would be carbon copy of Lost Planet's control scheme.

I'm really hoping he's just someone who thinks he's Dante. Maybe something like having false memories implanted.

That would somewhat please fans, right? 8D

I do believe the 3DS might be all that and a bag of chips, but why do those SF4 screenshots look like total crap so far?

According to one of the interviews, the game was only 10% complete or so. So there's plenty of time for improvement. (yeah, yeah. Jelly already covered that) Another thing, given how insane Revelations' graphics look, i wonder if it could really get much better than it already is. (it is one of the early 3DS games afterall)

8734
With 3DS being able to handle MT Framework in all its splendor, I say why the [tornado fang] not? Honestly though, platform choice isn't gonna bug me with this game if/when it's announced. As soon as I know what it's dropping for, the game and console will be preordered and picked up (if it's out now).

Sure, we would basically have a (original)Xbox/Wii graphically looking game, so that satisfies me enough. But then of course, people would [sonic slicer] and moan saying the graphics "suck" or it's not on PS3/360.

One problem if it was on 3DS though would be the control, what with the single analog.

Watch it while it's hot. It's only a matter of time before Sqeenix takes it down.

After watching it again, i have a vague feeling that armored guy might be Eraqus.

Oh yeah, one question:
Anyone excited about Project Dark? The spiritual successor to Demon's Souls?

I sure am.

While i haven't played that yet, it got insanely high scores on almost every site i went to. So i'm definitly looking forward to seeing how Project Dark is.

Also, i heard Demon Souls is very frustrating/hard. Is it really that bad?

Voice acting is terrible, but the game is oh so SWEET!

Not really TGS related, but i decided to post this here and not make a new topic for it.

Quote from: Netherrealm Studios executive producer
"We're not launching day one on all consoles like that. We are looking at them; we have a PSP2 in the house and we're looking at the engine, like what can it support. Always a big thing for us is the performance. We're running at 60 fps, what can we do and do we have to build all the art assets over. We're definitely looking at them. PSP2 looks like it's a pretty powerful machine. We don't have a 3DS system in house yet, but we're looking to get one, and we'll certainly look at what its power is."

PSP2 possibly confirmed? Will it actually be announced at TGS? For now... *fingers crossed*

TGS is alright so far, nothing that huge. I'm anticipating more footage on some 3DS games. They really haven't shown much on that.

Valkyria Chronicles 3: Unrecorded Chronicles
again PSP

Cutscenes looks much better than VC2's. And i'm guessing those two girls at the ending of the clip are the main focus of the story? (i mean, the logo has those two as well)

I'm almost sad this isn't for PS3. But satisfied.

-The trailer played at the Tokyo Game Show features a new armored warrior. (Who could it be?)

Why do i have a feeling that person has something to do with that "Mysterious Figure" guy? It's possible those two could be leading up to whatever next KH game. (or it could be Terra, Aqua or Ven in new armors)

and...

looks alot like Monstro.

Anime & Manga / Re: What Anime are you Currently Watching?

I do believe I'll start FMA: Brotherhood. Is it any good?

Yes, it's excellent. Scenarios taken right from the manga, as it's an direct adaption.

Wasn't quite as enjoyable as the first anime for me personally, but both are masterpieces.

This is now our TGS 2010 thread.

While DMC seems to be suffering, this one looks really nifty:

Developed by CyberConnect2? No wonder the music sounds like it was ripped right from the Ultimate Ninja Naruto games. Looks like good "dumb fun", and that BUDDHAFROMOUTURSPAEC looks all too epic.

Also, Dawn of Sorrow Julius mode. You MUST try it. its full of win and shattered goblets.
You fight freaking Soma as Dracula. COMPLTE with Dracula's battle theme. (plus for all intents and purposes, the main trio of Julius Yoko and Alucard is a tribute to CV3)

Alucard was the only reason i completed Julius Mode. I mean, the other characters weren't boring to use but it just felt so much more fun to go through it with him. And obviously, nostalgia.

Some of the things that made CoM tricky for me was the generally poor control. That and for some reason, i always had trouble defeating Marluxia and it was a huge pain in trying to land a decent combo on him most of the time.

COUNTERCOUNTERCOUNTERCOUNTERCOUNTER

That and spamming the Shotlock. That was especially useful when he took his time to summon those boulders/meteors from the ground.

This is probably the hardest KH game to date. 2nd being CoM, for me anyway.
