Not just Monster Hunter, but PSP games in general get PS3 ports:

http://scrawlfx.com/2011/05/psp-remaster-series-announced-for-ps3

Maybe they will announce some at E3

I'd love to see a Peace Walker HD port.

And if they decide to port BBS, that could be our "KH3". [/sarcasm]

Didn't feel like updating the Kid Icarus thread since this is a little insignificant. Nintendo launched a teaser site for Kid Icarus Uprising with some really kickass music, which you can download here.

There's a lengthy gameplay/tutorial video on the site (left link), but might as well post a youtube link as well:

While it still looks fun, i can't honestly say that i haven't lost a lot of interest.

Anime & Manga / Re: Fate/zero by ufotable

Looking very similar to Knk animation (yes, i know it's because of ufotable). Though i doubt it will be as vibrant or smooth as those movies. Still though, i'm easily more excited for this than i was for the UBW movie.

Saber in tux >>> every other character in TM

skip to 1:05 for the sweet gameplay.

Also, all games that I know of so far get a better framerate with 3D off (SSF4 and DoA go from 60 to 30) unless they were 30 already.

Yeah, those two games drop to 30 when the 3D is on. For SSF4, i usually have the 3D setting on in the options menu and drop the slider down when i play a match. Doing this activates anti-aliasing and it's pretty noticeable from the somewhat "jaggy" 60 framerate gameplay.

The more I learn about OoT3DS, the less I care about it.

They couldn't even touch up the music a little to sound... better? It really is just a retexture hack.

With Legends 3 still in purgatory and no word on Paper Mario 3DS or Super Mario 3DS... and no other software to look forward to outside of possibly Kid Icarus, buyer's remorse is in full swing.

I agree that not having the music remixed is a little disappointing, but i still look forward to it because *GASP... WAIT FOR IT...* i never got the chance to play the original. Personally looking forward to buying RE Mercenaries this year, and know many people can't wait for that.

And BTW, i added your 3DS FC but you didn't add me back.

And remind people of that horrible [tornado fang]ing game?  >^<

I stopped reading here.

There's a club for that.  It's called, "Everybody", they meet at the bar.

Izuka: *laughs*

Or a functional equivalent with a different back story?

I see no reason to change it up. Hyper is part of Sonic's history and worked well, there's no need to add a new "spin" on it.

8613
This is especially true if they label it a PROTOYPE or a DEMO. Normal people will go; "pay for a demo?! screw you!!"

This whole thing is a terrible idea in itself.

I think it's more of a "if people pay for this, they must truly care for the future of this series" approach, thus greenliting. Instead of downloading it just because it's free and taking advantage. I have a habit of downloading most free demos on PSN just because it's available. Though i do still agree that Capcom's being half assed about this.

hyper Sonic can only appear if the Super emeralds are around, and I doubt they will be. In fact, they seem to be reusing the red ring system instead. Although, who knows, maybe we will have special stages.

Who says they have to replicate that rule? Just add it in as an easter egg for the fans.

Has anything been said about other characters? (For the classic stages)

It would be kickass to play as Knux and Tails again. And believe it or not, i found playing as Super/Turbo Tails far more fun than Super Sonic. Nothing was better than having little flickies destroying baddies around you. Hyper Sonic was an absolute blast to use as well (double-jump flash FTW). But they haven't used him or the other transformations since S3&K. I want that to change, and at the same time not really expecting it to.

Every company is always "working" on a successor, it's just a question of what gets scrapped and what makes it to announcement/release.

Yes, but Nintendo has been incredibly vague about this one. For instance, they personally said that their next handheld would implement dual screens considerably before it was actually announced publicly. One of the reasons why everyone was anticipating it besides being the offspring of the mighty GBA. I could be wrong, but i believe they hinted at new motion control for the Wii as well.

I mean, i'm pretty sure their at a concrete stance in terms of this new system's processors, (most of at least) capabilities and whatnot. Perhaps their keeping hush because they believe this could be their biggest release yet; who knows.

Never watched much of Batman Brave and the Bold, but i found this music clip from one of the episodes. And MAN, are there a lot of sexual innuendos if you listen closely. Amazing that this got by the censors.

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXDwbBimaAA&feature=related[/youtube]

Reminds me of the mass amount Animaniacs got away with.

8619
I think Nintendo has always said they were "working" on the successor, but never specified further than that.

8620
Holy hell, Mario Kart 3D this year too? (Which reminds me, we haven't gotten proper gameplay footage of it yet) Good to see that Capcom isn't the only one releasing promising games early in the 3DS lifespan.

8621
I do hope Trigger/Volnutt will move around as fast as our new goggled friend here. Also be able to run over random pedestrians by ramming into them at full dashing speed. And kicking, lots of kicking.

That will probably be remedied with his roller skates.

8623
So i take it this is the official Super Mario 3DS thread?

Turns out this guy had a 3-part video:

Been playing SSFIV:3D for the past week. Online is a [sonic slicer] in this game. Almost nothing but touch screen spammers. Other than that, it's really awesome especially since i never owned the console versions.
