I just watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button... that [parasitic bomb] was [tornado fang]'d up. The guy was literally aging backwards (around 70 years old as a "baby"). Everyone he cared about pretty much died throughout his life and he couldn't grow old together with the one he loved. I enjoyed it more than i thought i would. The music towards the ending was brilliant and heartwarming, you have to feel sorry for him. He got younger and younger and his wife grew older.

screams something abou KILLING HUMANS and MYYYY EEEE l,ald,ssald,sadlad...

Aye, he's a very sad lad. 8D

You were on it all of once to talk to Wily II about something or other. :v

I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic.

BTW, i sent you the Roy Mustang GIF. Didn't even know i still had that thing.

The first 3DS download I actually paid for is......Tennis.  What can I say, the music is catchy.

I'd strongly recommend purchasing Link's Awakening as far as eShop content goes.

Just a heads-up, Netflix is now available on the 3DS (USA & CA). Although the video quality is pretty poor, it gets the job done.

YAAAAAY

It caaame! :D

its actually smaller than I expected. I was expecting something the size of the Jazzwares figures. Its more along the line of the Mega Armor model kits. (bit taller though)

I love the metallic shine on this one.

It's supposed to be available for sale at Comic Con as an exclusive. Crossing my fingers that i can go this time around.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy revealed on 3DS

I'm probably one of the very few people actually willing to play this.

And on a side note... WHERE'S MY [chameleon sting]ing KH3D???

Speaking of Pixar, has anyone seen this yet?

Since ancient times, stories of epic battles and mystical legends have been passed through the generations across the rugged and mysterious Highlands of Scotland. In Brave, a new tale joins the lore when the courageous Merida confronts tradition, destiny and the fiercest of beasts. Merida is a skilled archer and impetuous daughter of King Fergus and Queen Elinor. Determined to carve her own path in life, Merida defies an age-old custom sacred to the uproarious lords of the land: massive Lord MacGuffin, surly Lord Macintosh and cantankerous Lord Dingwall. Merida’s actions inadvertently unleash chaos and fury in the kingdom, and when she turns to an eccentric old Witch for help, she is granted an ill-fated wish. The ensuing peril forces Merida to discover the meaning of true bravery in order to undo a beastly curse before it’s too late.

I loved Ratatouille, and i feel this movie might actually top it. It's not a straight-up comedy like they're usually known for. The animation (as always) and serious atmosphere all look top notch.

Also, Y U SO AWESOME STARSCREAM? Y?!

"STARSCREAM!! YOU DARE DISOBEY ME?!?!"
- Megatron, every single Transformers show ever made

God, why doesn't he just kill the little [sonic slicer] already. >_>

Anyway, saw a bit of this on TV awhile back. I believe Optimus was fighting Megatron or something on this platform with a huge hole in the middle. The visuals were pretty awesome. But for the life of me, in every Transformers i've seen, i can never stand the humans in it, more specifically, kids.

REVIVING! The "old" Clone Wars cartoon is so [tornado fang]ing awesome.
I can't believe I missed out on this.
I wouldn't ever believe Grievous can be so badass... I was proven wrong. AND DAT VOICE!
ALSO, GENNDY TARTAKOVSKY! : D

A true gem indeed. My favorite battles had to be the ones with Mace Windu. That [chameleon sting]er was running at, like, 100 mph while slashing those hoards of droids (forgot exactly who he fought).

As awesome as that show was, Samurai Jack was Genndy's best work. Hands down.

LoL, speaking of the Island, in case you haven't heard, TF3 literally, and I mean literally, copies a car chase action scene directly from The Island, just with Decepticons CGI'd into it.

I heard that he reused that scene because of an incident when a broken cable hit and paralyzed a woman on the TF3 set.

I don't know much about political enforcement and whatnot. But this sounds, like Sato said, incredibly vague. The guy in the video stated everything perfectly, and i can't see half of the people who upload copyrighted footage regularly obey this law. Phenomenally huge companies like Facebook and Twitter would get hit pretty badly. I mean, they ENCOURAGE video sharing with friends and the world. That's why they became so popular in the first place, taking that away would be stripping them at the foundation considerably. And i could only imagine them fighting back - and winning.

This whole thing sounds like a method of scaring people, and they're doing a terrible job.

FINALLY saw Inception after all this time (in glorious blu-ray). It really is as good as they say.

The Dark Knight still manages to be my favorite Nolan movie, with Inception at second. The Prestige was pretty damn awesome as well.

Yeah, after seeing various gameplay videos before, i'm still not interested in this game. No amount of TM could make me change my mind.

Carly falling to her doom in 5D's?

Those two anime have completely different standards. It's like saying 4Kids will bring over Death Note.

I can't count how many times, both heroes and villains alike, made puns in Justice League. Hell, even Batman a few times.

By the way, I'm not really familiar with Catwoman except her appearance before now, did she always constantly make excruciatingly lame puns like that? Can't decide if I love it or hate it.

Most Batman villains usually make bad puns.

The thing about GAINAX, is you're not supposed to take their shows entirely seriously. It's sorta like Michael Bay's Transformers, just watch it because it's good "dumb fun" and has great action. Maybe Transformers isn't a good example, but GAINAX is known for it's over-the-top action. Like a popcorn flick.

Personally, i really enjoyed TTGL. Most people who didn't was because of the over excessive GAR, wacky transformations, story (which i thought was well done) and the humor. When the point is: their shows are great to watch on a lazy day. You don't have to stress yourself over the plot points. Just sit back, watch and have fun. That's why i respect them.

Having the freedom to glide around town looks fantastic and Catwoman's voice is purfect perfect. Hearing both Mark Hamil and Kevin Conroy is always +100.

who's to say they won't try this on a non-arcade/score attack game? Like MML3?

You could always just choose 'new game' and save over the file.

Anime & Manga / Re: What Manga are you Currently Reading?
« on: July 02, 2011, 07:06:50 PM »
Finished reading Death Note: BB Murder Cases. Not really a manga, but a novel (even though MAL lists it in the manga section).

Pretty good read... until the ending. Rushed as all hell. Beyond Birthday's conclusion in the story was sloppy and made it seem that the writer's were out of ideas. His methods and motive were alright, but the ending was still extremely lackluster to an otherwise enjoyable plot.

Now that chapter 73 is translated, I was able to finally finish Tsukihime.

OH SHAT, almost forgot about that. I better get to continuing it.
