Oh, come on. Everyone knew the story wasn't going to be intense like BBS. And why are you mentioning the empty worlds? EVERY Kingdom Hearts game has empty worlds.

I disagree on the TWEWY part. I've watched a few scenes with Joshua, and he seems to be just as much as a jerk/know-it-all like the original. Truthfully, the characters act like they're supposed to in this game. Less interesting because KH3D's plot is nowhere near as complex and brilliant as TWEWY, but it's still great to see them again. Though I'm probably biased, due to being a huge TWEWY fan.

(I don't mind the Nintendogs thing, as long as the petting only takes a couple of minutes)

How do you feel about the combat?

Final Fantasy IX, Mighty Switch Force!, VVVVVV (I love this sadistic game), Rayman Origins, Castlevania:PoR.

I can rarely focus on just one game.

Anyone here preorder the MoME? I just went for the standard game since I'm running low on cash.

Um, are we talking about relationships?

In that case, I fell in love about 6 years ago, and she was the only one that made me feel that way. To my fortune (or misfortune), she now goes to the same college as me. I haven't met up with her in 6 years, I'm gonna feel really freaking weird when I see her again. Hell, I don't even know If I have the same feelings anymore.

.... Goddamit, now I feel so [tornado fang]ing corny! Thanks guys!

I feel anxious, probably because I'm going to watch The Dark Knight Rises movie this Tuesday.  :D

After the whole shooting incident, I'm a bit nervous about watching it in theaters honestly...

Like everyone else, I saw The Avengers. Snagging it as soon as it hits blu-ray.

Avengers is pretty much a perfect movie.

Looks faster paced than Namco x Capcom, though I've never personally played it. Seems fun, but again, not getting my hopes up because lol region-lock.

Why is it that I felt genuinely touched during all the Kiritsugu and Shirou scenes, but I found all the other scenes delicious and hilarious?

Saber and Lancelot scenes were nicely done. And I liked the transition scene from Shirou's line about becoming a hero to Saber looking up at the shining sky. Thought it was a nice touch.

Because they were.

ENGLISH SPEAKING KIREI!

To be completely honest, that was the best attempt at English in an anime. Ever.

But it was hilarious.

So how 'bout that season finale? Didn't expect that explosion at the end. And I knew Aang was going to speak with Korra, but it was all beautifully paced.

Am I perhaps the only one who felt the game was faster paced than the previous titles? To the point where it became hard to take in what the hell was going on during battle half the time. Also my hands cramped up before the demo was even over. Not a good sign on my end. I preordered it, but I worry it may be sharing a shelf space with other games I never seem to get around to playing, much less completing.

Fast paced as in the flowmotion or Sora's running? Flowmotion making it fast paced makes sense, I mean, that's the point of it. I didn't really have a problem with convolution during battle, if anything, the framerate dips made it a little difficult sometimes to catch what was going on. I also noticed Sora runs at a noticeably faster pace than the previous games.

Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin

Not as good as DoS, but still a fun game.

>Get the demo
>Finished in 2 minutes

Lamest demo ever.

It's nice to get familiar with the freeflow controls, and pretty fun to dash and flip everywhere. Traverse town is huge, and the worlds are only going to get bigger from there. Basic gameplay was what I expected, but everyone who played as Riku at some conventions say he's better because of the Command Styles from BBS. So I'm thankful we at least get a taste of what to come

Only real complaint I have is that the same bad KH camera is back, made worse by the dynamic freeflow movements.

Nomura confirms in a Famitsu Interview that a demo will be coming to NA. "The demo will cover a portion of Sora's scenario in Traverse Town which features The World Ends With You characters, and also contain the co-op Dream Eater minigame, Flick Rush!" No one knows when, unfortunately.

NO.MU.RA.

Nintendo: "3DS isn't in need of a redesign"

2 weeks later
"3DS XL GAIZ!"

Why this wasn't announced at E3, I'll never know.

Rockman Series / Re: The Mega Man Legends 3 movements

I don't like any Mega Man series. I hate Mega Man. I do, however, like the color blue.

It's pretty obvious the first choice is the reason for all that hype. All the passion and contributions to the Dev Room was from everyone's history with the franchise, and they loved to be apart of creating this "dream" game. People who didn't play the series probably didn't care that much, but were still annoyed at Capcom's trolling to their fanbase. I swear, this is like the 60th topic I've seen over and over again.

And this belongs in the DASH board/forum.

After this episode, I can't believe Tenzin chose Pema over Lin. She's such a [tornado fang]ing badass.

And General Iroh, huh? That's so thoughtful of Zuko. But using his voice actor sounds so horribly out of place for his son.

Very nice! I really like the PB drawing (naturally). And if you like drawing PB, feel free to continue to do so!  8D

Also, I'm curious what became of Batman's head? XD

Thanks! I added the Eye of Thundera cat symbol as a little bonus haha

As for Batman, yeah I attempted to draw his head multiple times and wasn't satisfied with it. So I just left him headless... 8D

That Joker...
So deranged... :3

Yep, that is Joker after all. I personally think that is one of my best shots at detailed facial expressions.

I'm thinking of coloring in some of my previous works, just to see if it comes out decently enough.

Rise from the grave! Unfinished pictures dump, I have a ton of 'em. But I'll just leave these.

Random character. I intentionally left him unfinished.

 8D

Trying out an Iron Man design. I should've made him a bit more detailed, but I think it came out decently enough, for an unfinished drawing. It was fun brainstorming different armor finishes and detailing for his suit. This is my first attempt.

Comments?

-Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin
-Crimson & Black Nintendo DS lite

Both my old DS phat and DSL are broken, so I'm buying a new lite. Also bought so I can play my GBA games again (lost my GBA SP :|)

-8GB SD Card

for my 3DS. The 2GB card that came with it is starting to lose space quickly, I have to always delete something when I download a demo or buy a game on the eShop.

I'm on the fence about the validity of the comments screencapped in this post, but...Capcom must burn.

I know the Japanese workplace is unbelievably stressful, but surely someone would've at least tried to investigate Capcom by now?

The same situation happened in SEGA (of Japan), back during Sonic X-treme's development. Only Capcom isn't as severe. People fighting one another and threatening to commit suicide. A few staff members in critical condition because of that stress. All because of SEGA's harsh working conditions, immaturity and disobedience to their fellow partners.
