There's always skimming through text. Should take no more than 5 minutes.

(Honestly, I could go into walls of text on various theories on how emotion could apply to robots. Of course, in this day in age, it is nowhere near possible to program artificial intelliegence as such; but there are explanations on the possibility.

Interestingly enough, emotions falls right back into information processing; as does the subject of "sensation". Some say it's impossible for robots to truly feel emotion, others claim emotion is no more than an endless mix of experience and information. Now, "information" is an incredibly vague and loose word to use for dicussion, but it is a key word for the meaning of "emotion".

There are hundreds of interpretations, but there's no point in further plowing through these controversial waters in this thread.)

(You know, the entire subject of the "robot experience" is very complicated to tackle.

When all is said and done, the 5 senses are merely something your brain processes. You touch something burning hot, and the nerves immediately send signals straight to your brain, commanding you to pull your hand away. Hear something, and your eardrums vibrate, sending information to your brain.

The brain is an information processing center. That's why the more complex robots have a very similar influence of information processing that simulate human-like behavior.

And this is only the very basics.)

Its so easy to just not respond and leave it alone! XD

That's the same exact advice we keep giving these people that get into arguments. But they never listen.

We've derailed that thread long enough.

If we want to tear into him he needs to be coaxed out here or into his own creation.

I wanna see Tron tear into him again. It was great.

It's not porn.  It's mature nudes.  There's a world of difference between the two.

No, it's porn. A body exposing private parts, and she's sexualized.

Anyway, no more talk about that. This isn't the place to discuss that stuff.

This thread has derailed far enough.

Personally, I don't feel it's necessary to do so at the moment. If you guys were still arguing, I'd handle it. But now nothing is really happening.

If another mod wants to lock it, then whatever, by all means.

I'm a grown man, and don't even want to see it. I never thought that chibi? hentai was a good idea.

Not chibi.

Just regular hentai.

No Ace Attorney game has even come close to M-rated. Even if this game is the darkest in the series, I highly doubt that rating is warranted. This has to be an exaggeration.

Quote
"Violence, Blood, Suggestive Themes, and Language" - which are actually the very same content descriptors assigned to the first game in the series back in 2001.

Which is odd, considering there has been no language in the Ace Attorney games. The worst they've gone was the use of the word "damn"; which isn't even a curse.

As for suggestive themes (in the first game), it's more like mild suggestive themes. The worst was some very minor boob jiggling.

I bet this game won't come close to actual M-rated content at all, as that would be a HUGE leap for the franchise. From what I've seen in the demo footage, the playful humor is still there at the very least. That would not mix well with extreme gore and excessive cursing.

I beat it. It was freaking ridiculous, but I beat it. And I never want to play it again. Those checkpoints gave me nightmares. Get killed on a boss? Start from the middle of the stage! Need rush jet on wily stage 1? Too bad you are out of energy. Oh, you got killed by the cheep crab boss? Here, go through this section that you have been through a million times already! I don't want to play this game again, because I have already replayed it enough that I am sick of it the first time around. No seriously, I have the whole thing memorized. Why play it again?

Your last post before this was in 2012.

Damn, I guess the game really is that bad if you had to vent about it here.

At this point, I'd much rather play a 32-bit Mega Man fan game.

EDIT: Also I don't post much on anything on the internet because I've taken up the principle that I will not be a part of arguing on the internet anymore if I can help it.  I also refuse to associate or communicate with trolls, which is like 99.9% of the whole internet.  Not saying you guys are, but I also have no motivation to post much on anything because an argument tends to break out.  Just look at youtube's comments section on pretty much any video.  I don't even bother reading that section anymore.  I will however post on my own MMR site because I'm trying to actually take people's feedback and make the game better than it is.  God forbid people like Phil do that since all he seems to be saying is stuff like "well can't please everyone" when he gets negative feedback, which he needs to listen because I think half or more of his user base is pissed off about the difficulty, among other things.
