I'd assume you can get a charger online. I'm not sure though, because I got my Vita brand new.

For whatever reason, that's how the images appear when you upload images from that site.

see, all use the original letters plus an extra X.
Like he said, Dr. Breen II. Whether the "II" is two numbers or two letter I's, it works out either way for the Organization names.
Remember, Xion translates to "No. 1". So numbers can be used.
