Doing that once in a while is fine. Spamming it is another thing entirely.
If I may add my two cents (considering the subject of the thread I doubt anyone will object):
I feel that, for a long time now, the rules have been pretty lax. And often I feel like they've been applied with a certain double standard. Some people never had any consequences for rule breaks, others were banned after minor things. And... I'm not very OK with that.
I'm all for an update and for a more 'by the rules' play.
Honestly, I feel that 'lax' is fine. If these rules were strictly and absolutely enforced, almost everyone would be banned.

Because I'm trying something new; I want people involved in deciding on fresh, exciting themes to add. What's the point of using the same exact themes every year?
Why does Pokemon need a theme week? It's popular and will get people involved. Some will participate, others won't.
Same concept with Ecchi Week.

I'd imagine him running like the Road Runner to Sarah's room opening the door, get smacked in the face and Sarah puts on her mask and face palms before dragging him to an empty room.
Everything here sounds good, though I'd replace running with tip-toeing. He's not completely sex-crazed, despite being a playboy.
