Honestly, if I had rocket boosters in a pair of high heels, I'd wear them.  One, they'd make me taller.  Two, they're ROCKET SHOES.  Three, they make my legs and butt look goooood~ 8D

"One, they're ROCKET SHOES.  Two, they're ROCKET SHOES.  Three, they're ROCKET SHOES."

This is also a very valid response! 8D

Nice heels. Nice ass. Nice eye candy.

10/10

But really, that image makes me chuckle.

Somewhat, though very little.

As in, I heard his name a few passing times and what he does. Never paid it much attention though.

Meanwhile at an unknown facility, Akane gazed upon a cruel cold metal table. Rust was visibly seen forming on it and multiple scrapes and scratches were on the floor by the legs of the table; it appears that someone struggled here, trying to break free, perhaps.

Scalpels, anesthetics, needles, respiratory masks and other equipment similar to ones found in hospitals lay around the dull grey metal table. Dried blood on the teeth of rigid knives lay on a desk beside her.

"This was surgical..." She deduced after seeing the blood only on the teeth/tip of the blades. The knives pointed towards her, as if warning her to leave.

Although there was dust collected on the equipment, a clear indication of age, Akane could smell the medicine and anesthetics escaping from them. Her nose started to burn from the alcoholic fumes and bacterial liquids that seemed to hang in the air in this particular area. Phased, she stepped away from the table and held her nose.

Backing up, she bumped into a drawer that was half open, sticking out from a desk. Hesitantly, she looked inside.

"What the..." Akane pulled out a thick glass jar and placed it on the table, not quite sure what it was. Just as she put it on the table, however, Akane heard something clatter on the floor a few feet away from her.

Startled, she whipped herself around, "W-who's there?!" Her heart started racing in a matter of seconds, frantically looking around the room. After no response, she slowly turned her attention back to the jar. She leaned in closer, "My god..."

Inside was an organ floating in liquid; possibly a preserving agent to keep it fresh, although she couldn't be sure.

A label on the jar read: "Got your Kidney"

Probably a sick joke, made by the equally sick person who did this. Akane felt herself about to gag, as she covered her mouth. With a shaking voice, "Did Phi and her sister... really come to this place? I can't even imagine what these maniacs did to..."

Akane couldn't finish her sentence. The chilling grittiness of this area, where those in the Nonary Project experimented, and the stinging fumes from the medical equipment made her a bit dizzy.

Suddenly, she heard yet another sound. This time it was the sound of glass breaking.

Breathing heavily, Akane picked up a knife from the table and walked away from the area, searching for whoever was inside the building with her.

Hahaha, I love how Soultrigger pinpoints little things in my statements as an argument against the triviality of ZSS' high heels.

That's a really tough one. Both have their own strengths and weaknesses. Overall, I'd have to go with cartoons, by a small margin (and that is the part where ruri dumps me).

Tie or bowtie

You certainly aren't spiting me. It's far in the past, and I don't care anymore.

PS3. The Wii U gamepad is uncomfortable and PS3 has a far better library.

Pirates or Vikings

Metroidvania, definitely. Backtracking is fun and builds a greater sense of accomplishment.

Legends 3 or X9

Got myself an interview next week. Hope it goes well.

Awesome. Best of luck!

Just had one today myself. It was for a Bank Teller position. Doubt I'll make it even with my mum's influence in the company but $13/hour sure sounds swell.

$13? Wow.

My brother worked at a freaking airport and he only got paid $8/hr.

What made it so good is that there was NO slo-mo fight scenes. It was so refreshing.

Absolutely. It felt very raw.

Definitely the darkest entry in the Marvel cinematic universe.

Oh man the newest episode of Bob's Burgers.

Equesticles, that is all.

Haha yeah, I loved their little jab at bronies.

(Well, since there was a brief discussion of fear, Arche's is easy enough to remember; letting his sadistic side consume him. Phi's fear is basically letting others into her life. Especially since, in her past, she has been betrayed one too many times.

She's been under the guidance of her sister for most of her life, and although she's intelligent and fearless in a lot of ways, losing her sister has pent up some paranoia within her. Arche and Akane are really the only people she's connected with after the tragedy. Perhaps interaction with the Resistance can alleviate some of that fear.)

(Why not both Technomancy and Psychic Tormentor, [to a degree anyway]? I like the illusion idea.)

Just came back from watching Captain America 2.

Oh. My. FGAHDGSVSVNZJ

PB was right; even after knowing the spoilers, it was still absolutely incredible. I thiiiink I liked it even more than The Avengers, but I'm not entirely sure yet.

Avengers was more of a "fun" watch, while this was more "shocking", for lack of a better word. Oh, and I LOVED the hand-to-hand combat choreography. Definitely one of the main strengths of the film.

Day one buy. Easily.

Also, kinda weird knowing that the directors of this created Community, a comedy TV show.

I still want this to be a Comic Jam. XD

It could probably make for an interesting RP, too.

(And here I thought that her weakness was that she gets hungry too fast and is easily swayed by whoever feeds her.  Though this does give me an idea that I was toying with for a little while last year.)

(Haha that's actually Arche's weakness, if you recall his little breakdown at the karaoke bar. Also, that van must be a moving hammerspace to fit this many people. XD)

Of course she's sad... She's only a head!

It's a medical condition! D:

Edit: "Are you the early bird, Phi"

Not sure if that's a question or an observation.
