I mean, when the show first started, it had potential. But now it's just bland.

As for the game based on the comic, part of the reason why it's so great is because it doesn't overstay its welcome. For a zombie franchise, shorts bursts is probably the best way to go, rather than lengthy chapter/episodes; otherwise it isn't that scary anymore.

Oh, and the writing in the game series is so much better than the [parasitic bomb] TV series.

Phi chuckled to herself when she saw the woman cuddling up next to Arche.

"Oh, well, heheh..." Arche tried to say something but couldn't think of much to say. He has been through hell and back, survived numerous battles, trained to peak physical condition... but none of that has prepared him for this.

"I, uh, I'm pretty new to this group, actually. I'm a swordsman who happened to be passing through, and uh..." He explained.

"Oh yes, you certainly do look new. Mint condition and everything," Lami tenderly rubbed Arche's chestplate.

He started to stutter, "S-So yeah, these guys picked me up w-when I was looking for a place to stay," He cleared his throat, "For the greater good... I decided to join them and help fight in the war."

Though that wasn't entirely accurate, as Phi was actually the one who told him to join the Resistance to find his purpose.

"Such a noble thing to do. And have these swords of yours served you well?" She asked as she placed a hand on his katana and caressed it.

"Y-yes, they have. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?" He turned slightly red and tried to avoid eye contact.

"Oh, yes, I'm sure it works juuuust fine!" She replied and grabbed his hand.

I hope to God she's talking about my katana... He thought to himself.

(This was way too fun to write. )

"A very fun gal," Lami continued to say as she seductively glared at Arche.

Arche did his best to avoid eye contact with her and looked towards Asch, "S-So we should probably track down those guys that went to throw stuff at the Fxenodrome, right?"

"You talk a lot," Phi said flatly in response to Ephy, "Fighting them would be the least ideal way to deal with this. If worse comes to worse, the best choice may be to run."

"Oh Goddamit!" Arche approached the crowd again and was promptly greeted with elbows and hands hitting him in the face, "Argh! Christ, I'm not a punching bag!"

Arche bent down and tried to find an opening in the crowd, even if it was just a little one, "I am going to regret this..."

"But I'm not," Lami said as she was checking out Arche bending over. The woman next to her lightly pushed her shoulder and laughed, "Oh, you're terrible!"

Suddenly, Arche barged through the small opening and slowly made his way to Asch's hand and grabbed it, trying to pull him out, "I'm gonna try to pull you out, but you have to make an effort, too!" He said as he trudged through the crowd.

Arche reached through the crowd of mad women and attempted to pull Asch out of there, "Can you guys just leave the man alone already? He's not PB!"

"Stay out of this!" Devia shouted and pushed him away. Lami glanced back at Arche and spoke to a woman next to her, "Hey, he's kinda cute," She giggled and looked back at him again.

"W-What?" Arche was momentarily caught off guard by her comment.

He regained his composure, "Asch, come on, try to break free from them!" He yelled through the crowd. Arche obviously couldn't fight them or use excessive force; they were (mostly) innocent civilians.

Ther was a weapons trivia today and all the participants did horribly except for the audience.  It was really sad man, really sad.

If you die from being pelted by rocks, I'm leaving... Phi spoke to Arche through his consciousness.

"Thanks, I'll try not to die," Arche replied sarcastically as he dodged the incoming projectiles, "Please, you have to listen to us! We are not the bad guys!" He pleaded with the mob.

(Keep in mind that Arche doesn't know how to speak to Phi telepathically, yet. That's why he's speaking normally.)

Because people whined about this same stuff back in freaking 2006.

I don't know what Cartoon Network you're referring to, but I'm talking about the golden age of the channel, with shows like Dexter's Lab, Courage, PPG, etc. No one complained about those.

What you're talking about is basically modern CN.

Indeed. For the most part, it's fine.

The only thing I can't wrap my head around is that they have a "mascot" called, Dickbutt. It's exactly what it sounds like.

Other than that, they're relatively fine.
